My son constantly kisses me and wants eye contact VERY often (even though he does not usually give it to others). Does this mean something specific? Or just that he’s comfortable, feels love and wants to reciprocate love?

He is absolutely perfect 🥰. I raised my very ill autistic grandchild whom was only given weeks to months to live. He is this absolutely amazing 20 yr old intuitive young man, his autism is what makes him so aware so quiet such an amazing person ❤ . We all can learn from these very unique individuals whom God has blessed us with. He saved me .
