His actions were NOT extreme. The neighbor parking BEHIND HIM , was extreme.

Next door neighbor had a party one night that ran into the next day. 2 of the party guest kept liking fireworks and throwing them in my yard and calling me names( they were drunk obviously, im a cop) and decided to park in my driveway blocking my car and my ex's ,( shes a nurse) and we both were do in work by 7 that next morning. I got up early to collect all of the fireworks debris and threw it in my neighbors pool. Next day i got a call at work and my neighbor asked if he knew where the 2 cars that were parked in MY driveway were. I gave him the # of the towing service that my department used. About an hour later, Mark, tow owner called me and said both guy's girlfriends showed up to pay their bills ($275 each), got their cars and left without another word. Got home around 6:30 that night and my neighbor was waiting for me. I looked at him and he said " we'll talk later if thats ok?" A month down the road, we talked and smoothed everything over. I never had a problem since 😃

Nothing to do with blind spot. Trucks at fault shouldn't change lane with out indicator. Truck fail to ensure he is safe to change lane. Red car already safely changed lane and was driving on his own lane when been hit by a truck. The dude talking in this video, should not drive a car because he is very dangerous.
