Volvo need to do more extensive interior refreshes when they faclift vehicles so we aren't waiting 6 years for a update infotainment and trim. Excellent improvements though.

People really dont want to like them but they are the best cars money can buy. What I mean by that is, what car can you buy with those metrics, at that price, for the running and maintenance costs. THAT is why the Y and 3 are the best selling. FUCKING EPIC. Full disclosure, I own a M3P 2020, model Y, Alfa 4C and MacLaren 650S spider - guess which ones I daily and get the same performance metrics.

Is the performance mode made available via software OTA update to the c40 2023 and prior models?

Climate controls should all be one tap to make a change and it looks like this screen doesn’t have the real estate to get that done so it should have separate physical controls. This form over function doesn’t appeal to me. I get into my girlfriend’s 2018 Subaru Outback and all the controls are right there easy to use, convenient and logical. Ideally it’s nice to be able to change drive modes and regeneration using a button and paddles. Hyundai has done a very nice job with this on the Ioniq 5 and it’s getting better with the 2025 refresh. I’m disappointed to see Volvo sticking to minimalism when having controls that require you to spend less time with your eyes off the road would be safer. I think the Tesla minimalism is about reducing manufacturing costs and traditional automakers should exploit physical controls as an advantage. The volume knob is very nice though.

Hello, I've already seen many reviews of the ID.7 Tourer, but I couldn't find information anywhere from anyone about how many cm does the trunk (luggage door) will extend beyond the rear bumper when opening? It is important information for us, because the length of our garage is only 5020 cm and I think we are not the only ones who has such a garage...;-) Please are you able to measure and compare this information between the regular ID.7 and the ID.7 Tourer? How many extra cm does the trunk door take up from the normal length of the car when opening for the ID.7 and for the ID.7 Tourer?

Thank you Thomas for measuring the internal length with the front seat down. Not only shoppers need extra room but us musicians who have keyboards and microphone stands need extra length. I like not having to buy a large car to have the internal storage length I need. This looks perfect and like everyone, I like the names EV Golf (it is the same dimensions as a mk1 Golf) or EV Polo.

As someone from Spain, I must warn you guys, don't trust us... LOL. Designed in Spain, manufactured in China to keep the costs low... but more expensive than ID4... Just buy an ID4.

Space on the rear seats for such a big car simply ridiculous. Gear tunnel that blocks the rear middle seat and no frunk. Absolute no-go's for that price. Sorry to say.
