I enjoyed the simplicity and humanity of the second one. I imagine that any experienced mountaineer would come across their fair share of bodies in their travels, it comes with the territory. His lack of surprise as it got closer and closer to him also definitely suggests that it wasn't necessarily meant to be taken completely literally, I like the angle of the body representing his own fears and anxiety. Almost the kind of story you'd read in the bible.

The way I imagine this one is that the mannequins are evil entities that can move and turn other people into mannequins when they aren't being looked at and the gunshots were actually a swat or military unit shooting them down.
