The fact that an intoner is inside the church on the altar, I feel like it is 1, yes 1, that was conceived by Usubeni or Zero (relation to the old game drakengard 3). Maybe to show that this is where everything began, I am not going towards nier replicant's story cause of the church, however, I will stay with the story of Drakengard 3 being part of this easter egg, Maybe they released certain copies of the game, that has this easter egg (Yoko Taro is a weird person that's why).

Just a note aside; The modders who made the mod aren't japanese, and they're not kids. I just to clarify it. I know one of the persons that were mentioned on the last video where it was revealed it was a whole mod, known as Inculta back then, and she's a good friend of DevolasRevenge, also known as "SadFutago". They made it just for fun and not with bad intentions, making it a surprise for the modding community.
