I would not like this THING to return. Any saiyan shouldn't be revived back.

Even if raditz gets revived I'll say its too late honestly because the saga has progressed to a very long way. If it was still dragon ball z then toriyama would've given a second thought but in the era of dragon ball super which is the era of gods and extraterrestrial warriors like jiren and kefla , raditz will look like a kid literally. Dragon ball series has definitely maintained some villains for a long time like freiza but for raditz its too late. If he has to return firstly someone has to revive him and there is no chance that goku , vegeta or anyone else is gonna do it. If nappa was alive he would've given a 2nd thought and honestly freiza is least bothered. Now lets consider somehow he is revived he will find that goku and vegeta have surpassed saiyan levels and are gods now and unfortunately he is not even a super saiyan to face them properly. Even goten in base form will be more than enough to beat the crap out of him. So it will be an absolute disgrace for him to be revived so probably toriyama decided to keep his name safely in the history book rather than experimentation on him.

With all respects to Akira Toriyama, I heard that in Japanese, Kame = the turtle, Ha = Mother, Hame = mothers (not sure). It's like the Turtle carrying 3 mothers on his back and flying. You see the top of the wave is like the turtle. There're 3 sounding versions, not only from Goku: Kame Hame Ha, Kame Hame Hame Ha, and the third version is somehow sound differently, not sure, bc it's not in Manga it's like: Hame Hame Hame Ha and Kame Ha Me Ma. The last one is like 3 cultural languages, same meaning: Ha (Japanese), Me (Vietnamese) and Ma (Chinese). I miss him a lot, Senpai Toriyama, he must be very happy until the happy ending.
