I always believe the reason Saiyan's remained at their peak physical youth is slightly due to those incubators we don't know much about hybrid Saiyan's aging the same as a full blood Saiyan so we can't really speculate why that is other than it's their genetic

I have some suggestions for some what if's
What if goku was raised by Bora
What if goku joined the shape change academy in ball
What if cell accidentally went back to the ball series (maybe raised goku)
What if frieza was sent back in time with bardock
What if dr gero turned raditz and nappa into androids (in this scenario let's say nappa's body wasn't completely incinerated)
