The quality jump between Legacy of Goku 1 and 2 was massive. The worst DB related game is probably Taiketsu for me, but Ultimate Battle 22 and Final Bout were absolute dogwater.
There was a lot of action adventure dbz games before sagas such as dragon power for nes and a lot of the turn based dragon ball z games not to mention legendary super warriors and then it was followed by the legacy of goku series and then came sagas honestly sagas wasn’t that bad yes it had bad mechanics and usually felt blank with bad glitches but it’s not a bad game like that you still had all of the special moves the graphics are alright the 2 player option was great and you still played through the entire story mode In my opinion the worst dragon ball z game is definitely between taiketsu or legacy of goku 1

I am disappointed with Burst Limit the most to be honest, it felt (and was most likely) unfinished. Great visuals and gameplay though.
Ultimate tenkaichi felt very dull too. Not the greatest by any means😂

If the combat wasn't as stiff as it was, it easily could have been contender for one of the best ones out there.
Dbz games are generally bad. They just need a proper open world that follows the basic story.

Budokai Tenkaichi 2 was pretty bad too. It was like playing a board game...
But its story was better than Tenkaichi 3's story
I remember that
Bt2 was good. It and Budokai 3 had a better story mode than BT3 because of how much freedom you had in the fights
I strongly disagree the worst dragon Ball game to me personally is Dragon Ball final bout.
ultimate battle 22 was so fucking bad too, the super butoden games were unbalanced but they were alright. hyper dimension though is really great
UB22 had a fire soundtrack at least.
