I had the Stella on accident not realizing it was non alcoholic. I could hardly tell the difference. My top 5 in no order are: Guinness, Athletic Free Wave, Stella Artois, Sam Adams Hazy IPA and Lagunitas.

I haven't had a Campari drink that actually tastes good. I think the Campari's taste is just not for me.

Honestly, what I’ve heard so far is not very inspiring. But I’ve not tasted many myself. So reserving judgment. I just want something good enough that I CAN’T tell that I’m drinking a nonalcoholic. That's because brooklyn and untitled art both have flavor profiles of pale ale, not pilsner, despite their names. They are arbitrarily using IPA style hops and malts to try and mask the flavor of a bad lager. Go Brewing is actually the one doing it the "right way" by not trying to hide their lager attempt. In my book, a brewery failing to deliver on a pilsner is like a restaurant not being able to cook a perfect soft-boiled egg for you.

I'm not sure if it's possible, but I would love to see you attempt making an absinthe-like concoction.

I managed to fuck this dead simple process up. I poured in the first ingredient, mixed for like 20 seconds, poured in the other, mixed again, left it for 36 hours and absolutely nothing happened. I guess waiting in between is important.

I know everyone loves the clarifies cocktails but to be honest it’s WAY too much work. I’m actually clarifying coconut milk with acid and straining it is actually not worth it. I wish someone can invent a budget efficient straining device that speeds up the process

Is there a way to accelerate the glycerin infusion? Maybe by starting the infusion in alcohol but gently heating it so the alcohol evaporates and then pour in the glycerin and water? Or would that burn the infusion too easily?
