Squad building? You must be joking. Ange said publicly that there were problems with the forward line and in response Spurs has re-signed one of the main problems! And ask this: Would any of the other 'top 6' teams take this Werner deal? And imagine him coming on in the second half of the Europa League final and missing two sitters which would win us the trophy... It's been 5 years since he played well guys, and he's already had long enough at Spurs to show us what he's got. Just get some decent 'grown-up' players and develop the youth. Werner has been retained as Ange needs to build a squad for Europe. In an expanded squad Werner will take on a role as an impact strike player off the bench when legs are tired. Ange will refine his role & get him to just focus on sprinting past players & squaring the ball into the box.

Maybe we just get a back up loan defender too like Werner so don't dip into the well too much on that front

The medical team should be looked into, for years when players are injured it's weeks before we get players back, managers don't seem to be told about progress.

Fans forget Werner had not played much football when he joined us when he got injured we lost four out of five. Some Spurs fans should get a life one minute you love some players and managers then it's all hate.

Werner is a smart signing for a year. If spurs are going to drastically improve, they need to spend serious money on a 2-3 starting 11 players, not a back up left winger.

We need to improve squad so selling Richalson makes no sense - we need another striker to start but with injuries rotation we need two quality forwards and Ritchie knows the system and shown can be on bench and when comes on gives his all
