Desert ranger armor(green eyes) > t-51 from fallout 4 > NCR ranger armor.

I would say that the alien blaster is a better choice. The Ycs has been updated take three ammunition per shot and lost its knocked down effect. The only real downside for the alien blasters it's lack of ammo and with the notorious ammo glitch you can do in New Vegas it's not even a problem

Brush gun is just so satisfying to use. It's the gun that NCR vet rangers use.

You’ve gotten pretty far Legate Lanius, but yet again you haven’t met Frank Horrigan. Rides over mutie, time to die.

Playing again after 5 years and decided to go big guns/grunt. I gotta say I never gave the LMG much credit but with the grunt perk, 100 guns, fast shot, and hand loader for the slightly better ammo it absolutely shreds anything in front of it. The fact that it takes what is effectively just first tier ammo and makes it an end game threat is a nice bonus too. I'm using the same basic ass ammo sunny smiles taught me to shoot with. To cap it all off it's ludicrously efficient to repair with jury rigging; service rifles. Cheap little old service rifles that grow on trees (and dead NCR troopers). Heck they can even be bought for dirt cheap.

If you could ever play any fallout game as a super mutant, i think we all know who we'll play as HE LITERALLY 1 SHOTS A DEATHCLAW WITH *UNARMED*
