Cheaper than trains
I mean the biggest cost is the extra infrastructure which they made anyway. It is more versatile at the end of the busway so that’s a +. But then there is the extra effort to get the busses to drive properly on the tracks. In the end it does very little just normal road doesn’t do and just not as simple as train track. Which is why they don’t make em anymore.
it's a busway, they go on to these tracks and then can drive on the streets, pretty clever really
