Why did you delete the video on your main channel and put it here?

You can still access the comments and the video on the main channel. But bc your a youtuber as well with a sizeable subscriber base, I'll get a little technical if you'd like. So CZcams has given me 10/10 for my last 5 videos, meaning that, the videos are the worst performing videos of mine in June and CZcams notified me that 67% of your subscribers and returning viewers did not click on your new video, 47% on your previous one, and therefore were no longer pushing the video to anyone, plummeting its impressions - and this has occurred on the last 5 videos. If this happens too often, CZcams becomes confused and stops showing your impressions/thumbnails to your subscribers, in effective, leaving you making new content that gets shown to very few people. The issue I'm facing right now, is that CZcams is saying "right, I understand you want to switch from Cities Skylines, and you've done that - I have shown your new videos to a large mapping and autism audience, and have sent you thousand of followers and impressions for that new niche, but now you try and return to City Planning Academia - you can't do that. So in a way, I have confused CZcams, because I have uploaded recently 5 different niches - Autism, Maps, Cities Skylines Shorts, Academic City Planning and Norwegian Language - and CZcams is now screaming at me, saying - Well, which NICHE are you? Until you figure it out, I'm not going to give your new videos Impressions, because most of your subs are confused too. Does this make sense. So a video that is 260 views on a 14k sub channel is off-putting and confusing to new viewers and CZcams - so it got to my Secondary Channel (for now), considering I put over 30 hours into the video, I didn't want to just delete it. I don't really know, what to do tbh. (I'll remove this comment, once you've read it - it's kinda embarrassing, that I stuffed up and potentially might have ruined my channel's success).
Edit: So I have 4 videos planned for the next week or so, before uni returns, and if they all receive 10/10, I think I will need to quit. ( let me know once you've read this)
----- as you are someone who has done CZcams Well - what do you think I should do? Should I unlist the video on the main channel, and leave up a poor performing. Your channel is hugely successful, so let me know and I will do what you say.

@@City.Planner.Mismanages This comment shouldn't be embarrassing at all. It just shows how smart you are in terms of youtube and how it works. Also, thanks for putting so much time into answering my question, this stuff really interests me.
I have a very similar problem with my channel: my interests are always changing, and therefore so does my channel. So I have probably a dozen different niches on it, and as you would know, this is very unhealthy for a CZcams channel. Even like 6 months ago, this didn't really matter, because I only had maybe 300 subs at the time (all of these subscribers were quite disloyal, because they all subbed for different niches).
But a few months ago, found a niche that performed well, and while I was super into it for a few months, my passion for it has now diminished. And so now I'm a bit stuck. As much as I want to upload about my actual passion - mapping, I know that almost all of my 2 thousand subscribers will be uninterested. So if I switch to this entirely different niche, my channel will die almost instantly.
I guess it doesn't really matter in the end, because I've never applied for monetisation. But of course I do still want to have a channel that is alive.
So, I'm much less of an expert than you are and I'm probably not the right person to ask about what you should do with this video, but I think it should be somewhere for people to watch at least, like it is now. Whatever works best for you and your channel is fine.
What do you mean by "I think I will need to quit"? Like actually quit CZcams? Of course, you can do what you want, but I do really look forward to you uploading, and I will really miss your videos, if you do quit. Instead of fully quitting, you could just upload every now and then. Remember, please take breaks from CZcams if uni is taking up too much time and energy.
I'm super pumped for your planned videos. Four uploads in a week or so is a lot!

Thanks Vanilla and I are talking now about this. The 4 vids underwork (other than SHORTS) are
      - My 112 Maps Journey so far. Since they went VIRAL - including the sales I made/the brands that contacted me etc.
      - My first semester at Uni - what score do I give everything, like campus, subjects, sport, exams, friends, teachers etc.
      - PODCAST with Vanilla about Autism
      - MAPPING TUTORIAL part 2 - 90minute - PHOENIX RIDGE
      - POSSIBLE VIDEO - How Maps lead me to Dungeons and Dragons
If I were you, the only way to try and do several niches, is make the channel about YOU. I have a very popular Tiktok channel with over 153,000 subscribers with some videos that get up to 13million views (not moneistised on tiktok though) and nothing but CITY PLANNING & MAPPING jokes, but nobody knows anything about me. Whereas CZcams, the channel is more about ME! If you become the NICHE, you can kinda get away with different niches and hobbies, as long as they are somewhat similar - like you can't do Maps then do a video on Knitting - the cross-over might not work. But I have definitely noticed that AUTISM + MAPS + CITIES link = to some extent.
I also have a very large number of female subscribers - 20%, which is HUGE!!!!!!!!! most male creators do not have that on youTube - so pay attention to the age and gender of your subs. So if I were you, I would try make the channel about you more, introduce yourself into the videos (don't have to be on camera, but you could speak - and when your audience start to care about your journey, then you can swtich niches a bit) and then this becomes ORIGINAL content, and you can moneitise. Hope this helps.
Either me, or Vanilla will delete these messages at some point btw

@@axlr. I don't comment on CZcams but I'm sorry to hear that. I am not a subscriber but I did find this video really interesting. Keep up the good work
