The World's First Bulletproof Playground (but where is it?)

South Africa is a country with a high crime rate, and a higher youth population, and in the townships of Cape Town, one such community urban planning idea is taking shape to give children a safe place to play, and parents piece of mind that their children will be safe. In a world's first, this innovative design might solve a very complex social problem - how can children remain children in a suburb plagued by crime and violence.
