Right on, good luck with your project! Mine is a 5 gal/min pump. I’d say that’s the minimum you should use for opelu to keep the live well properly aerated to keep them alive 🤙🏽

The way that the transom is on my boat, the previous engines I had were dipping into the water past the cowling opening. These engines are 25" shaft as opposed to previous 20" shaft, so they needed jackplates to have them sit a bit higher. They work for my boat a lot better!

I’d say it makes a big difference in a lot of instances, worked well for my last two boats. Good luck getting yours setup!

Right on!! 🤙🏼 I loved this boat a lot, and for the amount of time I put into it and on it in the water, I’d say it was an awesome all around boat. Never really felt limited until we started catching more weight than I could fit in my cooler/fishbox. But in terms of the ride, functionality and offshore capability.. it was perfect! I just started the process to move the center helm flush to the front storage area to create room for a fish box. With the price of boats this is the only option to step up the fishing game. @@SmallKineFishing
