How to install custom exhaust on Kawasaki Ninja
Installing a custom exhaust on sports bike is easy. You need to undo a couple of bolts and remove the stock exhaust and then install the custom exhaust.
Custom exhaust will reduce weight, be louder, allow better flow of exhaust air leading to better power delivery and also give you the sweet sound of backfires.

I open up the parts with brief overview of their working and then tell how to clean and free clogged up holes and release the secondary accelerator valve. A freely operating secondary valve mechanism will give you power gains at higher revv limit.

What mean of Aveem?
To my mind you are adjusting mixture screw on assumption. It does not take into account the need of the optimum efficiency & power. There is other method to adjust the mixture while engine is running hot.

Hello we just did a full rebuild on my Suzuki alto 1986 0.8 39hp everything inside is brand new from top to bottom a full engine rebuild and I m wondering what type of engine oil do I need to use and what do you recommend
My 97 model maruti 800 In morning at 6.00AM if we starts it is vibrating and slowly increasing the rpm. After few minutes it is running and starting normal. What to do to solve this? But once it is heated up it is running normally. The whole day in starting no vibration and starting and running very normal.
adjust idle rpm, check ignition wires attached to spark plug..if needed replace them along with new spark plugs...clean point set condenser and distributor cap.

For maruti 1998 to 2004 carb Idle mixture should never b open more than 2.5 or 2.75 max...genuine setting is between 1.5 to 2.5 turns ....

Once you pull the HT cable from the Coil then you will not get spark from it, especially from the wrong side(9:35), the sound of spark that you hear is not from the HT Cable but rather the Coil. Ideally you are to pull the other end or even the Cylinder one Plug and then check for spark. That said, Awesome video! Cheers!

Ok Dear i want to ask 1 thing here, why would we need to open front side screw? Company settings by default is that screw always meant to be fully tight. Why you recommend to open it 1.5 round?
