Two Minute Heroes began life as a hobby making films in 2015 and a desire to make short films of local events. My first camera was a Canon D70 SLR and a Rode Mic. In 2016 I joined Burnley Film Makers and later expanded into making short films about all kinds of things; local events in Burnley, the local environment, steam trains, model making, fun-runs, news and events, the great outdoors in the North West of England, films for national and local societies, films supporting fundraising events for charities, help for small businesses in using video to help them advertise their products, education and training. All kind of things basically and anything people ask me for!
Ribble Valley Truck Run Easter Sunday 2024
The trucks departed Gisburn Auction Mart at 1pm and arrived in Clitheroe at 2pm.

'Just Jane' is a working Lancaster bomber based at East Kirkby in Lincolnshire. The aircraft was one of the last Lancasters built in April 1945 at Longbridge works in Birmingham and is undergoing extensive restoration work to restore her to flight.

The Elizabeth Line opened to the public on Tuesday 24th of May 2022 just in time for the Queens 70th Anniversary and the Platinum Jubilee. I took a trip on the £20bn former Crossrail project a couple of days later from Paddington to Tottenham Court Road.

Two things I remember about Bob Lord. When they got John Bond to manage the team , Bond said there was no pressure on him he was quite content to stay in Div 4 and pick up his wages. Within days he was sacked. He also had the foresight to know that the way football was going Burnley might one day get to the top div again but they would never win the league again. Hope Vinnie proves him wrong.

Some fine photography and interesting editing of what is probably my favourite of all the steam locos operating these S&C specials. Living north of the border, Hellifield is rather too far for a day filming visit. I've passed through it on the train but have never stopped off there - one of these days perhaps! So the political madness mobsters are now coming after Bob for comments he allegedly made that were anti Semitic some years ago . Are we going to allow these people to completely erase and sanitise our history? We cannot go back and change the past, instead we should learn from it so that behaviour is never repeated Instead of pulling down statues and throwing them into the sea, we should leave them where they are as a reminder of the terrible things man has done to his fellow man. School children should be shown the statue and told what it used to represent. We cannot erase history, but we can learn from it. RIP Bob, a man for a different era!

@@burnleyfan101 Towards the end of the war my father was in the Royal Engineers in Holland and recalled the astounding sight and sound of 1000 bomber raids as they passed overhead on their way towards targets in Germany.
