Update hoe de Nanolex Si3D coating is na 4 maanden. Er wordt niet veel gereden met de auto maar staat wel bijna de hele week naast een boom met boomsap en dat is toch wel vaak vrij vervelend spul op je lakwerk. Dat merk je ook bij coatings maar bij de Si3D hecht het maar zeer weinig.

A review of the Dodo Juice Supernatural Leather Cleaner & Sealer. Since I do not have a leather interior it has been tested on my 8 year old leather couch. Decent quality leather and for more than 5 years regularly cleaned and treated with Gliptone products. Good products but the Dodo Juice pair does it better. Especially the cleaner.

I just bought the spray gun trigger because last time when I was trying to paint the roof, it ended up with tiger stripes (no enough overlapping and some areas were painted in arc lines). Your video makes me confident again to re-do the roof. Dank je mal.

1- how many coats did you do 2- how many cans did it take 3- how often should it be removed and redone approx. 4- when fully done is it basically peel the tape away and your done or what else has to be done? 5- did you cover or spray over the antenna
1. Do not remember after more than 8 years :) 2. I think there were 4 cans but not 100% sure. 3. No idea, the car was sold before there were any issues with the dip. That was after a few years. 4. Yes, just remove tape and let it dry. 5. The antenne was not covered op, no issues at all.
I don't know what the hell this is, but I'll let you off since you have a neat Mk1 Cupra.
Bullshit boys hall. 100 scratches left and paint became glossier. Also lasts 3 months with wax over it ...... Polish it !!!

Take notes kids, this is how its done. They followed the simple but key components of a good dipping. 1. Proper prep. 2. Consistent distance when spraying (16-24inches). 3. Spray direction. 4. Drying properly. Great work!

@@GoToVivaLaGlans Not that I can tell. At least not the PC version. I was stuck in that spot for about 20 minutes before looking this up.
I love this product but : 1-You have to polish the other side too so it can be compared , even without any product the polished side would always look better than the nonpolished side! 2-i would aplly the product and let it dry. Then I would buff it.
The result is great.....it looks like having texture but i don't mind at all......it still looks great!!!!remember......plasti dip is rubber spray....not colour paint,no matter how many coats you apply....it still may look like sandpaper....

Yes, no problem.
And this works on colors like red and white?
The darker the paint, the more effect Black Hole will give. Do not apply on white.
Dennis Frank thanks for the help. Have you used or know about meguiars machine glaze. I have it but I am confused if it is a glaze like poorboys or a cleanser.
Used M7 but not machine glaze. Both are very good.
What speed do you use?

Hoi Dennis, Zojuist heb ik Si3D zelf aangebracht, erg fijne coating! Daarbij gebruik voor (2) wekelijks onderhoud Poorboys shampoo bij het wassen van de auto. Kan ik deze normaal blijven gebruiken?
Jeroen Bimmel zeker, al bevat Slick & Suds wel wat ingrediënten die de sheeting tijdelijk wat minder zou kunnen maken. maar dat is tijdelijk.

This isn't a polish, though--this is a glaze. It's cleaning and filling, not removing swirls. The point of the test (I think) is to show how well a glaze like this can work, perhaps even compared to what a standard polish would accomplish.

Honestly I think the blackness and shine came from polishing action not the actual PBW Black Hole.
there was no polish, there was filling the scratches
to "polish" something means to use an abbasive to cut the paint down. The PBW product doesn't have any abbrasives so cannot physically polish anything.
The pad could still do some correction. To prove whether or not it's only filling, a panel wipe should have been used afterwards, to see whether the surface could be returned to it's original condition.
Not worth the effort. I just use an aerosol spray - so quick & easy, but admittedly costly.

No, Dawn does not work. I tried, it still left the tire gel on. What actually works is a degreaser. I bought Super Clean in the purple spray bottle. It got rid of the old tire gel in just two quick washes.
I am really surprised as Dawn is a strong degreaser...Did you use it full strength?
+Digme a Hole Dawn is NOT a degreaser. it's a dish washing soap. Degreasers are 100x stronger and you're not supposed to touch them with your skin or, paint cause it could eat away after prolonged exposure. I tried with just a straight Dawn on a brush and scrubbed and nothing. It might work on those tire shines that only last 1 week, but I had a long lasting tire gel on my tires.
+commandercool1983 I understand it would not take off the gel but please don't say dawn is not a degreaser. it was made to cut through grease and oils. people have been using it for that purpose for as long as it's existed.

Snow foaming removes very little dirt, it is an important step in the process of cleaning a car efficiently causing minimal scratching. Snow foaming draws the dirt up off the paint in preperation for removal via a clean high quality microfibre mitt using the two bucket method. This vid shows the use of a pretty efficient system,looks to be good quality products in use here.

I do not understand how it can be applied before a sealant since a sealant needs to be usually applied onto the paint so it can bond unless this is sealant itself.
Well u understand that they want you to apply wherever and whenever u want because they want to sell more product. I am strictly speaking chemistry and how a sealant is made to work best.
+Michael Hinchey A sealant doesn't bond on an oily surface, but Poorboy's Black Hole Glaze fills with acrylic base fillers and contains NO oils.

blove9387 you are supposed to layer it for glossy shine. One coat gives just a darker, satin like shine.

As long as the wax or sealant on top! You need to lock in the fillers with a LSP.

Bedankt, maar aan het rode knopje draaien werkt ook niet (had ik al geprobeerd) zal zo spoedig mogelijk contact opnemen met carclean.
Ik gebruik dezelfde sprayfles van monello, die ik bij carclean heb besteld, echter werkt hij niet helemaal naar mijn zin. Want er komt alleen een straaltje uit en hij " sprayt " niet echt zoals op het filmpje. Weet iemand misschien hoe ik dit kan oplossen ?

Ronnie Massey Than something when rong with the application. Either you didn't clean it well or not enough. It's sticking quite a long time but you must clean your tires when you wash the car with regular shampoo. It's not permanent, that's for sure. Would I buy it again? Nope, simply because the cleaning is way too much work for me but it doesn't wash straight off so there must be something that went rong.

Tussen de 20 en 40 minuten afhankelijk van de grootte van de auto. Prima met de hand te doen, je hoeft niet zwaar te boenen.

clinton fisher I don't call it permanent, the brand does. It's not permanent no, that's for sure :) At the moment I'm sticking to Gyeon Q² Tire.
