As fan of TBBT having watched all 12 seasons many times, I would enjoy seeing your reaction to the show especially since I don't think there are many reaction videos for the show. You could even do 2-3 episodes a video as each episode is roughly 20mins.

I think the comedy in this is a bit more flavorful than the office. I haven't watched much of the office nor this but i think i'd preffer to see more of this. Since you brought up Sherlock a lot, Psych is an amazing tv show but the episodes are an hour long. Its another very fun comedy show very sherlock holms style, probably my favorite tv series ever :)

Watch ALL of it pleeeeeeease? Maybe not right away. Maybe once friends is done but you are like the only channel that does comedy shows. Not just comdy but classic sitcom style comedy.

Fun fact: The main characters were named after legendary actor/comedian/producer Sheldon Leonard. You recently saw him in "It's a Wonderful Life" as Nick the bartender.

I prefer the Johnny Deep version. It’s closer to the book & what the author wanted for the movie rather than this one. Plus this one creeps me out it’s almost like a horror movie in some scenes

I absolutely adored The Big Bang Theory. It was the only comedy since Friends that measures up to Friends. A lot of people don't get the science jokes so they don't like the show because of that. Once the other women join the cast it gets a bit more of the Friends vibe, but it still holds onto the science thing that makes it unique. I tried watching The Office once, gave it about six episodes, but I just could never get into it. I really didn't like the boss guy, which I get that you weren't supposed to, but I really didn't. Same with Parks and Rec, I wanted to like it, but just didn't. Community was great, though.

Would LOVE it if you started watching TBBT!!! For me personally, The Office is not something I would watch you react to.

Without a Laugh-track most sitcoms wouldn't be funny at all, but the Big Bang Theory I think is a bit different - Sheldon is such an absurdly gifted genius that he has a real problem relating to Normals, as you'll constantly be reminded - so it's like Absurdist Humor.

I hope you continue watching. It’s one of my personal favorites.

I think Miles' dad didn't know Aaron was the Prowler because... he would have gone after him, right? I understand the comics will have a different story - each version is a different story, for example Doc Oc here is Olivia Octavius. Miles' dad Jeff, knows Aaron is running with the wrong crowd - but if he knew he was a criminal he'd go arrest him, right? He doesn't even like running a red light... and seems intolerant of any wrong-doing. "Comic-con" I think has to be San Diego... right?

I don't feel like this is like friends at all. Every series/movie has characters that have to have unique quirks and they all have friends xD people can't always say "that's like friends" just because a series consists of a geoup of friends. That being said, How I met your mother def has strong friends vibes, but brings in again some unique stuff. Of all the sitcoms out there I rewatched friends the most, by fary not even comparable to any other series for me.

Sound of Music was a stage musical, VERY successful, long before it was a movie, and is based on the true story of the singing Austrian Family, the Von Trapps.

This is a fantastic show. the problem is by season 7 the lack of character growth (especially in Sheldon who eventually just comes out as a passive aggressive bully) starts to get on your nerves. Seasons 9 to 11 were painful for me. Season 12 was surprisingly back in very good form. May I suggest another sitcom from the 90's which imho maintained a certain benchmark throughout - Frasier! or just as goof but completely neglected - Wings.
