Hey man. Sorry for the late reply. I'm not on YT so much anymore. My tour was about 10 days and about 100 - 120km. I had temperatures down to -20C. Make sure the frozen lakes are safe. Ask locals. But it shouldn't be a problem at the moment.

Nydelig plass, flott filmet. Setter stor pris på dine behaglige videoer. Nå ble jeg skikkelig sugen på denen turen selv :-) Jeg har en Norsk Elghund Sort og faktisk et Hilleberg Rogen som er med meg i sommerhalvåret. Var det mulig å sette bilen greit ifra seg ved Elgå? Og måtte hunden ha noen ekstra vaksiner eller noe siden du var såvidt innom Sverige? Takk for en fantastisk kanal som jeg nylig har oppdaget, du er på hver kveld i stuen her :-)
Flott at du liker videoene mine og beklager forsinket svar. Parkering er ingen problem i Elgå. Det er en avgiftsbelagt parkeringsplass der. Hunden min fikk ingen ekstra vaksinasjon for Sverige. Det skal være ingen problem. Uansett er området absolutt verdt et besøk. En fantastisk villmark👍

Great video man. I just got Niak tent and can I ask you something? I have Osprey 85l bag, and if I put this tent in it it takes a lot of space. I get that I could attach to the outside of the bag, but then I worry what happens if it rains? I'm a bit new to camping so it might sound like a stupid question.. but how do you usually carry these tents? Just outside the bag? I mean I have a rain cover but with this attached outside, maybe rain cover doesn't cover the bag wholly? Also I'm worried when I'm checking the bag in
If you are checking in your luggage, I would definitely not attach the tent to the outside. I always stuffed everything into the backpack and then, for example, bought the food at the destination. Then I could always fix something to the outside afterwards if necessary. I've ever only used the rain cover of the backpack. Not more. If that doesn't seem enough for you, you can pack the tent additionally. Just take a garbage bag or something similar.
85l is a huge backpack! I have a Niak and I carry the poles in a water bottle pocket and the tent inside the backpack

Nice landscape for your first backcountry trip on skis :) When the ice is really solid it is easy to go a long distance and then find a good spot for a camp:) So I envy you a bit!

Hi man, great adventure, great music, I loved the video! I wanted to ask about your experience backpacking in Norway: how did you manage to refill water while hiking? Did you use a filter/ pill to purify the water from nature? Thank you, keep it up! Have a nice day.
Hi. Thanks very much. When I'm out in the mountains, you can actually drink the water without any problems. If it´s from a stagnant water, I let the water run through a filter. There you often have water fleas or plant remains. I just use a filter floss like they are used for aquarium filters. All the best!

Ich habe mehrere Gebiete in Norwegen gesehen, aber noch selten eines, das so flach und scheinbar einförmig ist, und trotzdem voller wunderbare Details. Wie viel innerliche Ruhe muss man haben um dies zu genießen. Eine Freude jenseits von Einsamkeit.
Es ist sicherlich nicht so wild und abwechlungsreich wie andere Gegenden in Skandinavien aber man findet trotzdem immer einen schönen Platz zum verweilen🏞
