i love how in most anime (and fiction, overall) it is the "student" who loses their way and fights with the master, while the master (in best situation) tries to make the student come back to the good side again. (for example: pain vs jiraiya, anakin vs obi-wan, etc.) but here in bleach, it's actually the "master" who changes side to the dark side and the student is the one who desperately wants to convince him to come back to the good side. it's just so unique. it makes you think how much good and grown of a student hisagi is.

one of the best bleach fights for me. the meanings and symbolism behind it, the characters and their bonds, the emotions... everything was so damn good.
