Don't turn this constructive scene where she was trying to get him to overcome his fear the tough way and then her realizing how dangerous his hollow was one v one into a"he is, she is, stronger crap." That being said...lol:
She is definitely stronger than shikai ichigo, using her hollow mask without transforming her sword even once mind you. Your overscaling ichigo, him being depressed means nothing in this context. He's permanently in shikai and his hollow had intent to kill. She underestimated his hollow and didn't expect this attack. She was trying to make him hollowfiy, no way was she actually going to kill him. Base ichigo--shikai ichigo is weaker than a hollowfied vizard. Ichigo and her were esstentially doing hardcore training, can't really powerscale her without some balls to the walls fights.
She's definitely a brat, but don't use that as an excuse to downplay her ability in this context at least.
@@jestapath7373 she still couldn't get out of his grip no matter how surprised she was. Also unless they were just going for a cool scene it took all the vizards to stop this man from moving so they could break his mask. Either way Hiyori is weak

Explain what frame of reference your getting this from. Where did you come up with that conclusion? His hollow isn't even a normal hollow, he is literally Zangetsu. That amount of power in such a sudden transformation would catch even captains, like Byakuya off guard.

Your conclusion doesn't make sense, it's actually contradictory. She is a lieutenant level soul reaper with hollowfication boosts; Ichigo in his Shikai could easily one shot lieutenants after his soul society training arc. She was still conscious after hitting the wall; similarly, Ichigo's strikes caused lieutenants similar to and including, Yamato's right hand man to fall. She isn't the most experienced or strongest, but by no means is she a chump. If they sent in another lieutenant level vizard to face Ichigo the result would be the same, although her personality did lead her to underestimate him--which is more a lack of wisdom than anything else.
She isn't weak; Ichigo is just op.

Buddy... did you even watch the anime? Name one episode or time when ichigo believed he was the strongest and that somebody was weaker than him.
