TheMilenkata, here is a good example focusing on the iPod: inpdcenter.com/blog/apple-crossed-chasm-ipod/ If you are after an indepth understanding of who Apple worked with on their partnerships, I highly recommend "Steve Jobs - The Exclusive Biography by Walter Isaacson". It is a great book and gives real insights into how Apple changed under Steve Job's control.
