The hypocrisy is that kotaku editor alyssa mercante is harrassing a youtuber because he retweeted, then apologised and deleted his retweet of some random guy on twitter who she claims wants to make a VR game in which you kill her - which she calls a "death threat"... but kotaku themselves published an article about putting supreme court judges into Minecraft and murdering them by "slashing them with swords", "impaling them on tridents", "shooting them with arrows", and "burying them in a deep, dark hole". By her own logic, kotaku should apologise for their own death threats and promoting the murder of people in a game.

I bawled when I watched other CZcamsrs playing the game. I don’t have any children but I lost some family members to cancer and it is very hard to deal with and I feel for this dad.

I played Sonic 2 first, then years later when I tried Sonic 1 I realized you couldn't spin-dash--I was *disgusted* to say the least. Never played Sonic 1 again. I refuse to play it to this day. Add spin-dash to the original game and I'll play it.

The answer for me was add an hdd and software and have all the games I want in the proper framerate with no smeary filter.

Even though we are going off topic but here is my words to the WOKE Kotaku and Alyssa MerCunte: Do you know why they don’t want to make a game based in Africa, especially in Assassin’s Creed well because in actual history, many of the warring tribes enslaved their own kind. In about 90% or even 80% of the black population of today, don’t want to admit that their own kind in Africa their own ancestors in Africa enslaved their own kind. This is why they don’t want to make any Assassin’s Creed games based in Africa. Just research, yeah if your only source is Wikipedia and other questionable historical websites that can easily rewritten in order to lie about the actual history about Yasuke. There’s discrepancies in Japanese history about Yasuke and we don’t know he was a retainer or a samurai that was trained. There is basically no actual documentation except for a few stories, but stories can change over time because of different perspectives, different things happening different mindset. Just like for example, that if you say something from a long time ago by word-of-mouth, then someone says it in a different word or words than that word-of-mouth or whatever you said can be different. And we cannot forget about WWII that many things could’ve been lost because of the war, and we may never know from certain items to certain documentations were burnt or been completely annihilated because of the two bombs, but we don’t know. I’m not saying that this can be a true story or not but all we know that he was nothing more than a retainer and that is it. I am sorry to say, but until there is actual more evidence like where is Yasuke Katana sword? Where is it? Does anyone know? Because if you have that sword and it has his name on it and approves that he was a samurai, but in the end, no sword, no proof that he was a samurai. Oh, if you say the sword was from Oda Nobunaga and he gave or gifted to Yasuke you are a BAKA. Until there is actual proof that Yasuke was a Samurai not from websites like Wikipedia but from actual Japanese historians from Japan itself then we will know that he was a Black Samurai or just a Retainer/Slave (In actual history he was for Oda Nobunaga). Go ahead say that I am wrong but here is a question, Are you an expert in ACTUAL Japanese History? Please answer the question, "You do not need to be an expert in history," Yes you do need to learn about the history to be an expert and that means going to their country to learn their history. Assassin's Creed is just now a "Shadow Shell," of itself and an empty husk. You know if only the Baka writer read Japanese History a lot closer than instead of 2 characters to play, there could be only 1 character to play. There was an opportunity they could have used instead of a fictional black samurai character and in real history he was a retainer not a samurai. If only they read Japanese history carefully and throughly they could have made the only one Japanese Female Assassin Character. Combined both true history and fiction, Japanese women at the time did learn to use a particular weapon called, "Naginata," a Polearm weapon with a curved blade at the top. While the katana sword tends to be associated with male samurai of Japan, a distinctive weapon called the naginata has been traditionally associated with women and female fighters known as onna-bugeisha. This could have been the base of a Japanese Assassin's Creed Story Video Game, with a Japanese Woman who learned to use the Naginata and eventually learns the way of the Assassin's Brotherhood. I would play that Assassin's Creed Video Game and not this WOKE and GREED Video game that both Ubisoft, Sweet Baby Inc, BlackRock, and Black Gamer Girls created.

When this review was first published, I'd only played DQIX. I enjoyed the game quite a bit, but I didn't have much of a desire to check out the rest of the series. Well, this review gave me that desire. What a ride it has been. I've played every mainline game except X since then, completing most of them. I will probably never finish II -- can't deal with that encounter rate on mobile lol. I'm currently playing (and loving) VII. And I'm waiting to finish XI last -- about halfway through the second act I think. So far III, IV, V, VII, and VIII are my favorites, with V being "the one" if I had to choose. Thank you Tim for sharing your love of the series -- if I hadn't stumbled upon this review 5 years ago, I might never have experienced all these beautiful games.
