I haven’t gone on a date in nearly 10 years. It’s like I’m being tortured everyday. I go to work though and I smile and say hi to everyone and I act relatively happy because I’m 47 years old and I’ve always been this way so I’ve accepted this is how it is but it’s still extremely difficult when you notice everyone’s reactions to you and constantly want to talk to certain people but you’re just never able to because your heart races and your head spins and you are forced to be silent. I don’t know if many others are like me but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. It’s incredible difficult to deal with. Luckily I have others who depend on me so I fight through each day as best I can.

I cried so much. I deal with anxiety for 5 years now. It started when I was 11. I still can't get over it. I even cry right now xd no one knows that I struggle. Last year I started looking for help for me.. I visited 3 times my therapist but stopped because of money. Why asking for help is so expensive..
