Low end power?? The 500 has insane low, mid, and top end power! The power band starts at idle and ends with u in the hospital.

The opposite just happened to me. Was looking to buy a 125 but found a deal on a 250 I couldn’t pass up. The bitch is so fast tho. Scared the shit out of my the first time I hopped on it.

I bought the YZ250 over the ridiculously tall YZ125, not for power. My seat is 940mm whereas the 125 is 970mm and I’m 5’9. Love the 250 power, crazy quick bike. Good video dude 👍

I am 33 years old. I’ve ridden street bikes my whole life. I’m going to get in to dirt bikes. And I am highly considering a YZ125 instead of a YZ250. I’m not very experienced riding dirt bikes. I think a 125 is enough. Plus, they can make like 37HP at the rear wheel. I want to learn to wheelie, and control it properly and not be worried about too much power.

ive been told that a 4 stroke needs to be twice the cc to keep up with 2 stroke like a 125 2stroke keeps up with a 250 4stroke

Hell yea boy!!!!!! I dont care what anyone says. 2 strokes are the best things ever and a 500cc 2 stroke of any brand is badass. Ive only been on a few and they omly had 4 gears and the seat was like a couch. But yea you cannot have any more fun on earth than on a dirtbike. I like quads too , dont get me wrong, a banshee is a dream too. Ride em boys and wring em out!!!!
