You and me both, its just natural for us to have that explorative mind and what could be out there? And this game really brought us closer to what we could possibly find in the universe. It truly is a pleasure to play this game. No worries i know how you feel remember Cyber Punk when it was unplayable in the other platforms, it got hate but the story was awesome.

Happy because they listened to us, Sad because will there be a Part 2-3 since we lost one of the forefathers of the Suikoden and Eiyuden games in Sensei Muriyama, the question in my mind is whats next for Eiyuden Chronicles. Also yes I did get the code to play it on my switches since it was delayed but I think they shipped it just in time since i both got the Xbox and Switch versions. Our advantage as backers was we got to play it before it released. Anyhow going away from Eiyuden for a bit Cloud Player 2 is a must since they reprinted player 1, im hopeful because just like you, I refuse to pay $100 for it as well when I can get it for $15.99. Lets hope together my friend.

@Fit2PlayGames They've already announced that there will be a sequel and that whoever replaces Muriyama at the helm (they haven't announced his replacement yet), will continue his vision for the series as the base for the series is already in place. So I think we'll be in good hands even if it's sad that he isn't there to see the fans' reaction to his creation!

Speaking from within 🤣, I honestly think it’s a spiritual successor yes, if you think about it, it’s passing on the torch. Mind you some characters seems like a copy of some from Suikoden II, for example Chapell looks alot like Murphy i believe his name was from S2 as an empire soldier before joining the resistance. There’s alot more but you probably noticed that too, also they could have rendered Nowa differently because he looks like a mix between Tir and Riou did that make sense? However it’s a true successor due to the fact that it’s driven story seems similar in a way but thats how Suikoden games have always been, conflict between nations over treachery in order to gain power. Eiyuden Chronicles has its own unique story with a lot of Suikoden mechanics, but I will tell you this since I backed this project everyone in the discord pretty much were the driving force for its creation, The muriyama team always asked us on the discord what would we like on the game to be etc. they basically listened. The one problem is will there be a part 2 now that Master Muriyama passed on is the question, how will they narrate something that was an idea of a single individual, Only time will tell. But definitely cloud is awesome and Rebirth is as action packed as remake

@@Fit2PlayGames Ahh very interesting! Yeah I noticed the very similar looking characters in some review videos of the game. I think the review said the game was just OK too which I was a bit disheartened by. I think I'll have to get it at some point though so I can see for myself.

Yes RPG rules don’t be persuaded by others opinions until you have tried it for yourself and it might just surprise you. Also I plan to do some livestream of the game for content.

It came out on April 23, but it was sent to backers a little earlier than the market

Biotic it came out on April 23, 2024 but backers of its kickstarter are just receiving their games late May for those that picked Nintendo Switch as their game of choice.

Amiibo reprints are always good specially since i started collecting them late. Thank you steve!

This was my very Kickstarter support and I had too because Suikoden left a mark in my heart as a gamer and supporting the people that help create that mark forever deserves it. Truly sad about Master Muriyama passing but like I said his Legacy will live on.

Yes I was aware of the switch release being delayed but I kinda had a feeling but its all good I did get a physical copy for Xbox as well as for the Ps5, just feels right having it all for the available consoles. Dude you went for the trinity of RPGs that came out for the xbox360! This game is gold imo and it will continue to do so as we spread the word. It needs a chance to shine just like those games that came out later of the PS2’s life 😊

I believe so? Is that the prison key or cell key? Thats the one from castle prevant that you either craft or obtain somehow right? If so thats a missable item.

I'm trying this achievement and in my inventory I don't have this prison key, I have the cell keys. I looked at some forums and it says that the prison key cannot be lost, but I'm not sure why this is the only item I don't have the key to the prison, I have the key to the cell and I would like to know if this key to the prison is lost.

I believe that the story of this game is the focal point that drives this jrpg, if theres any jrpg worth updating or even deserves a remake this would be on my top 5 list. I agree alot of negative comments, and unwelcomed reception affected its competitiveness when it came to RPGs but as an RPG fan if you see a game and you think its good then you should play it and not believe the critics, alot of people discredited the game and that in comparison to other RPGs its lack luster. One of the main problems with the RPG community is comparing games to other successful games which is wrong and that not all RPGs are created equal nor does it follow the same formula. Anyway Ive caught myself monologuing, but Max I do hope you enjoy the game for what it is, i truly enjoyed its story. P.S I was once a PlayStation guy only until I opened myself up to other gaming consoles but then again it was the only console i could accord back then, happy gaming my friend.

@@Fit2PlayGames you're definitely right about that, critics don't know all when it comes to games and it's definitely best to be give a game a shot yourself to see if you like it or not, especially when it comes to a game like this if you already have an interest in it. I have plenty of little gems I love that got no attention back in the day, like Radiata Stories, that I wish would have been given more of a chance to get the love they deserve (which is also a Tri-Ace game, funny enough). And yeah, I had nothing against any particular consoles, but as a kid and a teen I just had to kind of make choices in what I got because there was no way we could afford it all. I got a Wii for one birthday I remember, and then I saved my lunch money forever to get a PlayStation 3 😂 A 360 just wasn't also in the cards that generation. I've actually mostly converted to Steam now, just because I grabbed a Steam Deck a couple summers ago and that bad boy can play almost all my favorite old games from PS1, 2, GameCube, etc. it's kind of an all in 1 with a few exceptions haha, but one thing I am exploring outside of it right now like I mentioned is the 360 games I never got to try. I appreciate you responding, Ace, especially since I know I left a lengthy comment (and then another lengthy one, again). @maxmorgan3370 awww man thank you truly and to be honest its nice to actually be able to interact more like this with like minded people and understand what you mean I was in the same boat as a teenager my parents also taught me to greatful for what I have. Lengthy is nice its been a while since I have encountered an RPG who makes a lot of sense. Ohh man Morrowind for me was the best ES ever made along with the rest of its expansion, Bloodmoon in particular was my favorite expansion of it, werewolf was form was too op hehe love it. Thanks again Dan, add me up if you ever play.

Ofcourse everyone is entitled to their own opinions and experiences, for me the game really is fun and being able to just pass by and checkout planets in our solar system and beyond is wonderful for me, really feeds the nerd scientifically for me but thats just me 😁. The watch is going to be my first smart watch funny thing is i got the apple watch gen 2 and 3 free when i upgraded my phones but never used it 😂 so this will be the first one ever to be used. I feel like when games related to past game’s releases everyone just ups their prices on games related to it. Not alot of rares on the xbox but still fun to collect for.

@Fit2PlayGames I've played it with 3 of my friends a couple of times, and we had fun but haven't played it since... 2 of my friends are from the States, and the other is in Australia, and all 3 of them have jobs and family, so it's super rare that we can play online together! That's the reason why 99% of my games are singleplayer!
