Zack I thought I would never see another spiderman top Toby Mcguires but Miles is as explosive of a character as Toby and man I’m super pumped

This was my very Kickstarter support and I had too because Suikoden left a mark in my heart as a gamer and supporting the people that help create that mark forever deserves it. Truly sad about Master Muriyama passing but like I said his Legacy will live on.

It came out on April 23, but it was sent to backers a little earlier than the market
Biotic it came out on April 23, 2024 but backers of its kickstarter are just receiving their games late May for those that picked Nintendo Switch as their game of choice.
Nice pickups! I've been waiting for a Cloud Player 2 reprint as I'm not paying 100$ for one! I bought Player 1 back when it released as well as Sephiroth. I don't collect Amiibo (I have 6 of them) but it's Final Fantasy so I had to have them lol! I received my PS5 copy of Eiyuden Chronicle a week before it's official release date since I had also kickstarted them so I've already completed my 1st playthrough and what a game that was! I will definitely play it again as I want to find all the characters and max out my base! Great video and keep up the good work!
Right?! Right?! Dan I’m happy and sad at the sametime! Happy because they listened to us, Sad because will there be a Part 2-3 since we lost one of the forefathers of the Suikoden and Eiyuden games in Sensei Muriyama, the question in my mind is whats next for Eiyuden Chronicles. Also yes I did get the code to play it on my switches since it was delayed but I think they shipped it just in time since i both got the Xbox and Switch versions. Our advantage as backers was we got to play it before it released.
Anyhow going away from Eiyuden for a bit Cloud Player 2 is a must since they reprinted player 1, im hopeful because just like you, I refuse to pay $100 for it as well when I can get it for $15.99. Lets hope together my friend.
@Fit2PlayGames They've already announced that there will be a sequel and that whoever replaces Muriyama at the helm (they haven't announced his replacement yet), will continue his vision for the series as the base for the series is already in place. So I think we'll be in good hands even if it's sad that he isn't there to see the fans' reaction to his creation!

So Ace what do you actually think of the Eiyuden Chronicles? Is it truly a spiritual successor to the Suikoden games or maybe just a modern copy of them?
I like the Cloud Amibo you got especially since I've had a blast playing FF7 Rebirth lately.
Speaking from within 🤣, I honestly think it’s a spiritual successor yes, if you think about it, it’s passing on the torch. Mind you some characters seems like a copy of some from Suikoden II, for example Chapell looks alot like Murphy i believe his name was from S2 as an empire soldier before joining the resistance. There’s alot more but you probably noticed that too, also they could have rendered Nowa differently because he looks like a mix between Tir and Riou did that make sense? However it’s a true successor due to the fact that it’s driven story seems similar in a way but thats how Suikoden games have always been, conflict between nations over treachery in order to gain power.
Eiyuden Chronicles has its own unique story with a lot of Suikoden mechanics, but I will tell you this since I backed this project everyone in the discord pretty much were the driving force for its creation, The muriyama team always asked us on the discord what would we like on the game to be etc. they basically listened.
The one problem is will there be a part 2 now that Master Muriyama passed on is the question, how will they narrate something that was an idea of a single individual, Only time will tell.
But definitely cloud is awesome and Rebirth is as action packed as remake
@@Fit2PlayGames Ahh very interesting! Yeah I noticed the very similar looking characters in some review videos of the game. I think the review said the game was just OK too which I was a bit disheartened by. I think I'll have to get it at some point though so I can see for myself.
Yes RPG rules don’t be persuaded by others opinions until you have tried it for yourself and it might just surprise you. Also I plan to do some livestream of the game for content.
