A buttered landing at my home airport.

This was awesome! Thank you for letting us see the pilot's point of view. I stopped and started the video so many times to read everything out loud. All the instruments in the cockpit are crazy. The pilots make it look so easy when it's anything but. That was so cool!

It was very odd how the ATC said "correct" after each readback from the pilots....

This is the first LAX takeoff video where I've seen the plane circle back over LAX. Most of the flights turn back inland just south of Long Beach further down.

At times it’s amazing how the flight crews can understand the fast spoken English and repeat it back. When listening to these types of videos I’m always glad to hear instruction from controllers being spoken at a slower pace. I think the most difficult English accent to understand is probably from Japanese controllers. They speak fast!

The HK Air Traffic Control Centre is no longer next to the tower, the centre is now located outside but next to HKIA. The movement rate was somewhere around 5-600/day i reckon when this video while you were still operating the B77W in and out of Hong Kong. 😊

AF did not care enough to even clean off the gross large Bug guts on the windscreen they rather look at it for 8 hours. SMH. I see other airlines pilots cleaning the outside.

Very cool to watch you guys fly the CANUC5 STAR into YVR in real life. Living almost directly beneath this approach route myself (just east of waypoint GOREG) I regularly see and hear a lot of the YVR inbound traffic pass overhead from my place, when 26R is in use for arrivals. I've flown this STAR many times in MSFS, and I have to say watching the real thing, it all seemed very familiar.
