This is a remaster of a previously released video, now at full 4K res and 60FPS - I've also now released this as a full length video without the second part half way through. The video is cut during the long walks between areas, otherwise it would take many hours to watch it all but it still makes for a video about an hour in length. For those that have already seen this, sorry! - for new subsc...

Beware Mine Shafts! We continue to explore the series of mines in the North East Pennines, this video is a continuation of our previous two videos "Wow what a mine" and "Mine Exploring before Breakfast" (links below). Hudeshopehead Mine Following in the footsteps of Robert Bainbridge (of 1809) and his trial adits to reach the unsuccessful and empty vein of Hudeshopehead. It appears that our map of all of the workings above and below ground is not that accurate, though it is an amalgamation of fou...

Thanks for the excellent review. I noticed that when you were filming using HDR, that dark areas were much more grainy than when using night mode. I especially noticed the grain in HDR mode when you were filmed your black camera set up on the tripod - the black areas had noticeable grain whereas the same shot in night mode the grain wasn't visible.

I'm puzzled when you state that you had set the V800 to HDR mode. Your video clearly looks as if it's in HDR but, I found that this mode (for me anyway) produces the grainiest images in low-light. In your above video and the one of the farmhouse interior I can't see anything - it's noise free! As this mode automatically disables practically all other settings, including stabilization, I'm at a loss as to the reason why I'm getting poor results - any thoughts? > Cheers <
