Imo you underrated the pow, when you are taking tight turns or getting redded and there's a pow, chances are you are gonna get "target powed" hard and lose a lot of spots from it. I like everything else though

i think the fibbage enough about you final round becomes wayyy more fun if everyone plays it as an either/or about one fact instead of two random things - something like "i dyed my hair blue once" vs "i dyed my hair red once". it's closer to the feel of the first two rounds as well as being easier to think of, and on the other side easier to make a guess between a more binary choice. it feels like the original final round was so close to being good but leaves the prompt too open-ended. playing with this extra rule it's easily top 5 games for me!

I agree that the bomb is very situational depending on the game, but heres. My tier list of the individual games Double dash:B tier, solid but pretty limited to 4 characters Ds: C tier, again solid but it could be better Wii: D tier, you throw it so far its impossible to hit anyone unless they're a mile ahead 7: B tier, the best one so far but a little too close range 8: A tier, the only one you can get in 1st and relatively good on offense

pikmin 4 in general left me worried about any potential pikmin games in future, it felt sort of empty, i ran out of things to do after about a week and had to start coming up with arbitrary restrictions to enjoy the game, like minimum dog or onion-less, playing the game in an unintentional way to give me some enjoyment when previous games didn't have the same sort of problem. not to mention all the upgrades in 4 that you dont get to use until you finish the post game and there for cant use at all, The infinite charge, captain carry, and direction whistle felt like a spit in the face, as if Nintendo saw what we wanted and put it where it doesnt even matter anymore I hope that it is not another decade before pikmin 5, and if it is going to take that long id rather there be no pikmin 5 at all

I'm bummed that so many people hate the lightning cloud from wii, i didn't really like wii as a kid compared to double dash, but that item was one of my favorite parts. I get that people don't like that it's the only item that is arguably bad, but i also think it often makes the race more tense and interesting, and the amount of times you roll it when nobody is around is by far in the minority compared up when others are near by. Maybe they could bring it back one day but set it up in such a way that it's impossible to roll it when nobody is around, and maybe it so You're immune to damage while it's on your head so people can't chain stun you with it stuck to you. Idk i think it has potential. I think making it so that it makes you grow ruins what makes the item interesting, at that point just give me the mega mushroom and call it a day.

I disagree with a lot of your takes in this video, but you did a great job explaining why you felt certain ways. Kudos to you. The only take I just did not understand was Aigis' voice progression. I actually think its more prominent here than the original, especially in certain scenes. I compared her line at the end of the game while they're in the void to one from her introduction, and its a STAGGERING difference. Not to mention that I did actually notice slight emotional changes in her voice throughout the game anyway.

I like that all the rainbow roads the rainbow you drive on look different so as a result i see 3DS rainbow road having a lot of blue a good thing because it makes it stand out.

I must say you do put quite a bit of emphasis on "strategy", but from what I have experienced people just play jackbox for the shits and giggles.

I think you dont know you can press the item button to make the pirahna plant do its speed boost whenever you like, that way it acts like a moderate golden mushroom

The only thing I reqlly disagree with is how high the TMP are. I really feel like Jackbox just doesn't make fun trivia games overall. Every time my group launches TMP, I pretend I'm going to the restroom so I can join as audience instead, that actually saves the games for me.

13:26 Fun fact: That also happens with greens and reds, and that's why I hate all triple items because for all of them is a headache dodge reds coming from behind in turns and in 8 with the existence of the boomerang, fire and the fact that the distance to get triple reds coincides with the star spawn distance so... yeah, in 8 they are useless except in some specific situations. Triple greens wins for me (Even though they still C tier item)

13:48 it's me. i'm its fan. i like how it's the only way to swap the items you're currently holding in 8, and i always found it more useful than a green shell because it moves faster so aiming isn't as precise.

I think this list is really good, depending on the mood. It’s the perfect mix of competitive and funny. I personally prefer games that bring laughs, and also I somehow enjoy the more “team based” games, especially devils in the details. Also weapons drawn is great when you are willing to play by its rules. Honestly any jackbox game can be good if you commit too the bit. Me and my cousins take weapons drawn way too seriously and it goes really hard because you just think. Really hard. Same with talking points. Any list of jackbox games can be flipped upside down if you commit. (Aside from zeeple dome. But even then playing that game solo is fun)
