i did a similar thing and went for ailment avoid suffix and it turned out quite nice. Also, when suffixes are full you can use wild bristle matron to make it cheaper to meta craft. Aug chaos harvest craft also guarantees an open prefix to bench craft if thats what you wanna do

I have seen some people run 2x wands and when i put my wand into POB again instead of my shield it gives me a big boost in dmg is there any reason to specifically run a shield over 2x wands ? im just running sanctum so i dont care about defensive layers or anything

So, I’ve got 400 hours now and I’ve done it the hard way. Sure, I look up builds on Ninja to get a feel for what peeps are doing, and I’ve recently really committed to reading the wiki and using craft of exile and pob, but mostly I do my own thing. Most would say my build is terrible and it probably is. But I’m having an absolute blast and I’ve come to learn there’s a TON of nuance to solving issues in your build. I think it all depends on what you want out of the game - if you need to do top tier uber boss shiz and keep up with the steamer culture you better use a guide. But to say it’s not worth playing or there’s no build diversity is flat out wrong. I encourage new players to just have fun blasting monsters and playing around with all the ways to get past the feedback the game is giving you about your build…. o, and enjoy the grind.

Yeah more people need to learn this, there are plenty of "meme" builds that can clear the game.

Like the saying goes why would you bring a knife to a gun fight. Some skills or builds will always be way more popular as long as the numbers are good enough because they are mechanically just a way better gun.

It's both. Are there forgotten builds that do very, very well? Sure. But bad builds don't get popular. So... If You want a build that is guaranteed to be strong, play something that's popular. Good point on currency generation, though. You can make at least 2-3 divines per hour on yellow maps with zero investment just running harvest. And thats enough to scale any build up to T16 mid-juiced harvest, which will bump You up to 5-7 div easily. You just gotta actually go and DO IT instead of chasing the magical 20 div/hour super busted strat while You're still lvl 78 with uncapped res...

this is simply because those builds are not good anymore because they lack what the more popular builds do not. People always play what is best because we as humans live for efficiency whether you like it or not.

I agree man - There are some good old but still cold builds. Like Toxic rain is still super fun on the start. There were some nerfs indirectly including other builds like physical to elemental - taste of hate etc.. But these builds are still super strong and in some capacities even buffed.

When the intro hits, you know its gonna be a fire 10 minutes.

I am currently on a fairly successful Saboteur, using Marylene's Fallacy which gives me all the crit mult I need and free culling strike, with Sandstorm offsetting the less crit chance so I can have 71% crit with four power charges up (with a bad shield I still need to replace and a wand with just t2 crit chance and crit enchant). Is there much point in me swapping to Trickster at this point?

Is Pob bugged for hexblast? Your pob is not minmaxed, but it shows 250 mil as trickster...which is not realistic at all (especially without p charge stacking shenanigans like on ninja, but even then...) My pob from last league had a trickster with 6-7K es CI with 15 mil dps ( minefield + *5 mines set up in pob). I built it in a hardcore-ish manner, and now pob shows that I suddenly have 50 mil dps without any changes whatsoever. I had crit cap already and the gem didnt get much boost from levels. ????? Thoughts?

How do target slam a chaos prefix? I thought slamming is random

+2 aoe gems is BIS for hexblast. But pretty pricey. However. Most people don’t know that there is a +2 trap and mine gem that sells for 10-20c. Not as good as AOE but still a great option. I have been profit crafting these same body armor for weeks. I have an extra for some t17 maps. Solid video

I have a question for shield crafting, for spell damage fractures mostly i see people using essences of scorn until they hit suffixes and reforge chaos. I wanted to ask how would u craft it if the fractured mod is spell crit. How to hit high life and spell dmg? Thanks!

If you are running sanctum, you gotta find the movement speed somewhere else, for example, you have 8 frenzy charges, that's 24% ms, so this is prolly after you get your mage blood folks. Just fyi.
