i dont understand why my pob seems to not work, it says i have about 20m dps but i kill lycia about as quick as you, my hexblast goes up to 132k chaos dmg if that helps
Great build! Only cost a couple of divs to switch from Ventrua's endgame version(not including mageblood) and I'm doing noticeably more damage.
I found the +8 focused amulet on the market around 350 Divs. Do you think if it is worth investing rather than a mageblood?
amulet is a lot of damage, mageblood is way more utility. depends on your content, if bossing ubers amulet is good, but mageblood for anything else. mb is speed, defence and utility while ammy is damage

I love s anctum but also love mapping.. We do a ton of dmg but bro i get folded so quick with possessed exiles and stuff juicing maps. How can we become more defensive but still clear? I have Mageblood
For maps you have to use regex sadly. You don't want to ever do: No Regen, less effective aura, -# max resistance, less recovery, elemental weakness,... And so on.
If you are farming your own 8-mods with doing a T17 + Map drop Atlas tree (singular focus). You get around 30-50 maps in one T17 and if you want them to be dropping as influenced sometimes then throw the influence scarab in that makes it so maps dropped have a higher chance to be influenced (2c scarab).
I do Ambush Silo Maven Boss Rush strat. I yet have to run out of Silo maps and quality and corrupt them myself and whatever I don't like I throw in my 5c Sale quadtab.
You want quality because of the one node that gives 3% increased explicit modifier for each 5% quality... If you want to go really stupid then beast craft your maps with 30% 😂😂 but I haven't done that yet.
Overall ambush Silo strat I make like 8 to20 div every 10 maps. Depends on how many arcanist (currency) or div card boxes I get. I dropped a few awesome cards.
Also very nice to have is run burial chamber a couple times to get seer to scry that to your silo because burial chamber drops the 5 div card. Or go with Siege if you want more consistent income because they drop more often but sell for 60-100c.

Hi ! Been following your build guide and it's great -- one question, why the Ward boots in the POB ? Is there something I'm missing to make Ward relevant ?
iirc it was just one of the better pieces I found on trade for what I wanted, but it's also better one-shot protection than other options besides like, ralakesh's because ar/ev/es aren't really being scaled here, and so getting a flat 250 or so ward to help me not die to random cleave/late wave artillery is always nice
Are you running grace enabled when you do sanctum? Looks like you have it disabled in POB, and I can’t figure out how you are fitting all of the mana reservation in by copying your POB setup.
yeah it's disabled, I have it as a gem swap for zealotry if I go mapping

Life regen, movement speed, and relatively "easy" to find +2 corruption makes restless ward just so good. I only paid 4 div for mine with bad sockets and finished it with tainted currency

Sanctum setup better for essence? Or more damage needed at T16? Running sanctum because best div/hr or just most enjoyment?

Essence farming is a game of tuning. I'd say if you're aiming to do Calcification strats, T16 should be fine on higher investment, but I'd definitely first test that you can do it in yellows. Non-calcification essence farms are definitely doable in 16s on this build without too much stress
I run Sanctum for a bit of both reasons - it's my favorite content in the game and it's definitely one of, if not the most, efficient ways to make money as a solo player. But primarily just because I love the content enough to just hard jam it all day.
@@NoNameHQ I ran T16 calc with hexblast of contra (capt lance tri stack build) on about 40divs budget last league and it was fairly smooth, reckon it would be able the same invest for this build?
Definitely have to run more sanctum this league, its been a while since I've fully committed to it! Are you fishing for Sin drops or what relics are you using otherwise (going for currency?)

I am currently on a fairly successful Saboteur, using Marylene's Fallacy which gives me all the crit mult I need and free culling strike, with Sandstorm offsetting the less crit chance so I can have 71% crit with four power charges up (with a bad shield I still need to replace and a wand with just t2 crit chance and crit enchant). Is there much point in me swapping to Trickster at this point?
Honestly, it's not necessary unless you want either more throwing speed or more defensive value. That's the big differences between the two ascendancies

I have seen some people run 2x wands and when i put my wand into POB again instead of my shield it gives me a big boost in dmg is there any reason to specifically run a shield over 2x wands ? im just running sanctum so i dont care about defensive layers or anything
I maintain value on a base level of defenses so that I don't randomly brick sanctums to incidental damage, and it's not like I need more damage. In extremely low budget setups where I'm only playing in sanctum then I run 2x wand, but it genuinely is excessive once you can reach 25-30mil+ with a shield and makes it harder to pivot the character to function anywhere else

hi. im currently running this build. i dont understand why but i feel like my dps is extremely low for my gear. i'm currently at 5 mil dps in the PoB and i got a +2 wand with 60% inc spell dmg, a +1 shield, sandstorm visage and my clusters set up, i got a flammability curse on hit with ele weakness on profane proxy my crit chance is 100% and my crit multi is 320%. i dont know what i am doing wrong i seen PoBs with less powerful gear at 14 mil+ dps. i feel like i'm missing smth vital for the build & i cant for the love of me figure out what it is. i tried upping my crit multi & adding more powerful gear in my pob like a +2 restless ward, a better shield & a 1+ amulet and my dps still felt off.
is there like anything else i'm missing here? this is my 3rd league so i'm still pretty new to this game
assuming the config is accurate:
- 320 multi is pretty low, which sounds like you're running something in place of inc crit damage (only support allowed here is woke added chaos)
- not having a damage amulet is crushing for sure (somewhere between 12-19% depending on rolls just for a +1)
- are you running zealotry? is your hexblast lvl 21 (qual irrelevant)?
but also I do think there's something questionable in the config, make sure you have things like wither stacks on, make sure the curses applied are actually correct if you are using a balance of terror, etc

-i'm running inc crit strikes instead of crit dmg cus thats what the build guide i'm following was doing before switching to awakened void manip. i noticed that inc crit damage did indeed increase my dps a bit though not by much.
-i crafted a good +1 amulet in my pob as well as a +2 AoE gem restless ward & a shield with +1 chaos & 100% inc spell dmg and added them alongside the 21 level hexblast. the best i could get with this is 19 mil dps. twice as less as the 40 mil dps PoB i'm following. so even with much more powerful & expensive gear the dmg issue persists, idk what could be causing it
-i cant really run zealotry without ditching grace even with enlighten. would that even be worth it?considering i dont have much defenses at this point in time.
the config should be fine. wither stacks are on and i'm using overwhelming malice for wither stacks since it gives unholy might. the charges are on, got shock enabled it is set to guardian/pinnacle etc. I tested the dmg in lvl 83 sanctums it felt very bad
You mentioned that youre rinning invitations for gold. Which invitations are you doing and how much gold do you get for each invitation?
I am guessing maven on synthesis maps and invitations. At least that's what I did to get my town maxed in one day.

Is Pob bugged for hexblast? Your pob is not minmaxed, but it shows 250 mil as trickster...which is not realistic at all (especially without p charge stacking shenanigans like on ninja, but even then...)
My pob from last league had a trickster with 6-7K es CI with 15 mil dps ( minefield + *5 mines set up in pob). I built it in a hardcore-ish manner, and now pob shows that I suddenly have 50 mil dps without any changes whatsoever. I had crit cap already and the gem didnt get much boost from levels.
????? Thoughts?
if you have a pob from before this league - it's likely configured to have x5 Hexblast or 400% more throwing speed due to the fact that Minefield used to not work in pob, compared to the fact that now it does
Love this build! I don't have a mageblood. Can you recommend some gear changes? Ideally I would like say 20mil dps, 40k ehp (cos I suck at playing) and decent movespeed if that compromise is at all possible.
for a better rounded version of the character I'd check out my character from last league. It still didn't get *all* the way there simply because I got bored grinding for it but it definitely is a lot better of an all-arounder than the setup I'm playing this time around
when i throw mines my character like stutters on the screen, is this normal? it doesnt happen if i take minefield support off

its akin to using spell echo/multistrike, you suffer through it for the insane throughput increase - it's substantially less noticeable as you scale throwing speed

Very well, surprisingly good map clear for a build that has insane single target. I would look into making sure you get enough mana/cost reduction/reservation efficiency to change the anoint to Skittering Runes as it does help in mapping a lot. It does also need some defensive tuning since the setup featured in this video is very offense and speed tuned, but in the description I linked to the version I played last league in a private league where it was tuned for ubers and T17s to go off for that
Am I really bad for not being able to finish a sanctum after like 7 tries with hexblaster miner? I feel like i don’t kill them nearly as fast as you
Damage definitely makes the content easier, but it sounds like your work primarily is going to center around getting through the rooms without running out of resolve. Even if I had 100mil+ dps I could definitely still brick runs if I wasn't practiced in the rooms themselves, and that's just a learning curve

So what is better? Hexblast Trickster or Power Siphon Trickster?
feels kind of like apples and oranges, they have different strengths. PS is a mapper with decent single target, Hexblast is a bosser with decent mapping
That said, I'd play Hexblast over PS any day simply because I love the feel and visuals

Ventrua's setup tends to be more well-rounded, my setup is optimized around Sanctum since that's pretty much been the only content the character has done since hitting 92 - hence the inclusion of things like Lightning Warp

is it 4 flasks?
flask count is the thing that matters, 4 flasks to replicate my setup, and each flask down hurts something about the speed, be it speed, damage, or gearing comfort
