Justin Hayward came to the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, with veteran sidemen Mike Dawes on guitar and Julie Ragins on keyboards and vocals, along with new member Karmen Gould on flute and vocals. Her flute playing provides an extra layer to Justin's songs, especially the old Moody Blues tunes where the flute was so integral, courtesy of the late Ray Thomas. ...

A year after he brought a reconstituted First National Band to the Coach House, Michael Nesmith returned to the San Capistrano, Calif. venue with just pedal steel player Pete Finney to perform his classic 1972 album, And The Hits Just Keep On Comin’, and other songs from his countrified solo career. Here’s a great rendition of “Joanne,” one of my all-time favorites, with Nesmith in fine vocal f...

Even in pain, he gave so much of himself to us ...
I never get tired of listening to Johnny Rivers. Never have and never will. Of course Taylor Swift is in the hall of fame and not Johnny. I am speechless on that. Oh yes and Dolly Parton is also there. What have we become…..
Taylor Swift is not in the R&R Hall of Fame
POCO !
It's great to see Richie playing. A true gentleman .
I really liked when he and Stephen Stills sang it many years ago.
Very,very nice
People say that "music today sucks" and the REAL reason is ONBLY 2 things: "minor chords" and "cord changes". They do not exist today - as if there is ZERO comprehension because the people today grew up on crap from the last 20 years . By the way - this sounds FRESH as a daisy ! His voice has held up well !!
He knew how to play that electric guitar.
Love this guy.
Unmistakable voice
My favorite song.I love you Johnny Rivers.you still sound just as good as you did back in the day.Ehy isn't he in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.He is so talented
A true artist and talented musician !!!

From 1970-1975, we lived in apartment on the beach on Long Island, NY. My dad brought his red 8 track player to the beach every day in summer, and the Grass Roots 8 track was one he often played. Their songs were happy songs and still bring a smile to my heart when I hear them. Rob had such a mellifluous voice and along with Warren and Dennis, they complimented each other well. Even as a young girl, I thought Rob Grill was so handsome, and I feel he was a beautiful soul too. You could tell he was really in pain at the end but he must have loved singing so much, that he would continue. Sending warm wishes to his family left behind.
Thank You, Justin. I love You forever.
You were my teen age years❤

Sounds better live than the top40 radio version I am used to hearing. This is what talent with soul sounds like.

Did Mike ever explain who the inspiration for While I Cry' was?
Still a great song. Great piano solo, I wish they'd showed the player and gave him some credit.
You can tell he loved what he did. RIP
Most people have no idea how prolific Johnny Rivers was in writing songs that he sold them to other people you can't tell it like that today
Name ONE duo jr did. There is one guy who really really did it his way and that is JR
