FYI Great fact regarding the ice bath in the morning: your brain gets same amount of dopamine from the ice plunge as from a hit of cocaine, with the only (VERY) significant difference being, that the dopamine amount is secreted in 4 hours vs the fairly instant hit from cocaine. Plus, obviously, the fact that an ice plunge initially feels horrible. Luckily the cold leaves you, leaving the natural high for the next approximate 4 hours. You're welcome :)

The problem with pornography to me is that it establishes unrealistic expectations to where you question your adequacy. When you finally have sex after having watched pornography for years, you (to me) will likely not be impressed with your performance.
