These things are actually a STEAL right now. I used to HATE these things for not being SLS's, but with the new GT coming out (and how weird it is) I've realised how much there is to love about these things. And in the world of every equivalent porsche ever going for 120K, these things are a steal. And generally speaking mercedes are built to last (unlike BMW's), and the parts sharing ensures a sense of reliability. - I just Graduated college, if you're interesting in hiring scriptwriters for automotive reviews and expanding on these kinds of videos I'd love to help (and get a job in this economy)

This with exception of the springing itself. I would like to have seen Him use a ‘65 up “ late “ chassis.

The coolest thing about the corvair was that they were rear engines. Swapping it to front engine, putting an autozone skull shift knob on it and painting it the color of a hearing aid, in my opinion isn't ideal, however it is still a pretty car nonetheless and does sounds good.

The engine bay must be for shit. Only a very short time of viewing it and even then not a single good view of the engine.

I built up a 65' monza midengine crown conversion. Engine bolts up to trans/transaxle, no driveline. Corvair wheelies thru 3rd at 90 mph. Lots of fun to roast...
