One of my favourite salad dressings is a mild hot sauce in large quantities mixed with hummus. You put that on almost any set of veggies and it'll make them taste amazing and isn't even that bad for you.

Mustard, very spicy mustard. Preferably french or German. Thats my favorite by far however i also use a lot of balsamico for my salads.

For anyone who likes sauces like I do, G Hughes makes great tasting, affordable, and "healthier" sauces. The only sauce he doesn't have that I wish he did was ranch. But his ketchup and his honey bbq are incredible!

I've been in battle with my body for 40 or so years, this channel has given me more respectful guidelines than any other source (i.e Drs looking down on me and chastising me). I'm not hugely overweight but still developed Type 2 Diabetes (likely genetic and choices combo). Do you think the capsule forms of Ginger and Capsaicin would work as I don't like the flavour/heat of these.

4:56 Slight note, BMI is body weight / height squared in metrics units, not body fat percentage and is a pretty decent indicator IMO unless you’re noticeably muscular (but then of course actual body fat % is a better indicator). Also on body fat percentage, there’d be specifically different ranges for men and women and age. 25% BF is decent for a woman.
