The issue with this is, to create the ice, you get it from your freezer. Well, the freezer doesn't just get cold with no side affects. The freezer actually pumps the heat energy from inside, to the outside, making the room warmer. Plus the fridge isn't 100% efficient either, so the heat from the compressor running also adds up. Only case this would kind of (sort of) work is if you have the freezer outside.
with all the cost of the additional ice one could just buy a small window unit...
When it gets hot in my area A/C unit prices triple. Places like Costco that don't raise their prices during a heat wave sell out in a matter of minutes.
C 85% of Americans in the United States dangerous role they don't come to a dead stop they don't feel they have to stop for the paramedics and the fire department I bet you didn't know the 85% never read the DMV handbook and their license was just handed to them I bet you tend to one that's like what's the law about people parking in the Red zone only the fire department and paramedics can legally park in the red zone for all you people that Park in the red zone and failed to stop for paramedics that makes you a redneck and a rocket scientist that's for all you anywhere in the United States yes you are a redneck and a rocket scientist
