Honestly I really need to take it more seriously. I’m so old school I never use to wear gloves which I started doing cuz those oils and coolants started to strip my skin. Also others really watch and noticing my videos. I appreciate your input and I will be starting to wear them. Thank you!

@@gogofa2675 it’s closer to the relieve valve and believe me it was bubbling whilst driving to the point where coolant would be spraying out like a fountain. Had to stop over 20 times to top off coolant just to make it home.

It all goes by the brand which could be as cheap as $200 for 4 up to $2,000 for 4. It varies where you buy them.

@@WolfNathan All in all it’s has been a pretty reliable motor no matter what you may see or hear others say as long as you keep up on maintenance “as you realize I do my own.” I have the Mx13 EPA 17 and it’s not the fastest or strongest but it gets the job done. A Freightliner Cascadia out pulls me every time up a mountain lol. The major problems for these are DPF and I haven’t had any except sensors which will eventually go bad on any vehicle. Again I maintain as I should. As in issues I record almost all of them on the channel and I wouldn’t say they are major problems but more common issues. All in all if you maintain the truck as you should it will last. Bought at 300k and now at 770k. I 👍would buy another Paccar. Mileage range from 5.8 to 7.4 at average 76k pounds depending on mountains or flat lands. Hope this epistle helps 🫡👍

@@dentrizzle I appreciate your reply. You are right, maintenance will be the key. I sold my Volvo with 1.3 million miles. All original, only replaced the Ishift clutch. I am a little bit skeptical about the Cummins or Detroit. Last week I was working with a Peterbilt with a Paccar 510, pulling a B-train tank, I was impressed with the performance. Thanks again…

@@bronxbredboxtruckerb7521 I would have used my scan tool and figured it out from there. Crank no start can be several things like not enough fuel, bad unit pump, air entering fuel system or even fuel filters are clogged.

Called Pete hot line Saturday was told that earlier wasn't circulating on 1 code then another code that it was closed still waiting to hear from dealer with their diagnosis

Most times it’s for the abs or you have it set up to tell you when the trailer is connected.

@@dentrizzle yea that’s what I meant ABS light of trailer seems like something is wrong smelled something burning

@@Sip28it can be broken abs connector, bad abs sensor, bad trailer pigtail, broken fuse/relay or dirty wheel hud causing sensor to not read properly

@@dentrizzle on trailer correct? Because it only happen when I hooked up to a different trailer; that’s when I started getting that icon trailer abs light. I wonder if it’s only with that trailer only?

It was leaking air through the center and when I clamp each supply air line to the brake chamber the leaking didn’t stop. That’s the sign that the valve/module is bad.

@@blackstarberg it will say it on the scan tool about Doser injector fault or something like that and I purchase parts at MHC Kingsport TN from Paul if I’m home. If it’s an emergency repair and or to get moving I buy at the closest dealership.

Honestly I’ve never tried patching it. I just took loads until I reached home and replaced it. Here’s my reason, any air leak is an Out Of Service if get inspected is what I’ve heard so I don’t really try to patch air leaks.

You can definitely drive with it if your air compressor can keep up to fill your tanks. I drove home with it leaking. Believe it or not my front abs module is leaking right now and I’m heading home to fix it 😢😢😢😢

@@dentrizzle the only thing with mine is the yellow know when it's in it's leaking massively and the wheels are lock is that normal cause I'm on a load and I'd like to deliver it I'll get the part and fix it myself

@@dentrizzle I was driving with it for like 20 miles I pull in the rest area to check it but whenever I try to take off or back it's like my brakes are lock is that normal ?

@@claudethony209 if your yellow knob is leaking I would check your break chambers to see which one is leaking. When you do find it, clamp the hose off and back the brakes off with a 7/16 wrench or socket. I made a video how to do it. I think one of your break chamber is leaking.

@dentrizzle it's wild, I'm currently fighting wiring issue. Rear tail lights won't work fully and I changed the harness already and all lights. Probably a break/short further up in the wire harness

@@mr3000gtman start with fuses, then relays and then advance to continuity test. If you can’t find it that wait it’s not possible. Believe it or not my strengths is wiring. That is what I’m actually good at.

Just did cab shocks the other day. Passenger side easy peasy but of course I had to get all kinds of aggressive with the driver side. Ended up having to drive the seized bolt out with an air chisel.

I put the 18 socket close to the starter bolt with 1 hand then I reach around the other side with an extension at back of starter and push until it’s locked in. Afterwards I just turn both until it’s in the bolt. It may take a while and some swearing then you can ratchet it off. Hope that helps.

I have 2020 paccar engine KW man cant see that bolt and plus its like 3 inches of space cant fit shit in that. :(
