Even before Negan killed Glenn, the writers had already killed the emotional impact of Abraham's death for me in the scene where he treated Rosita like a used tissue. That one scene made him an a-hole to me. Him breaking up with her to be with Sasha could have been handled so much better i can only conclude the writers WANTED to make him an a-hole. And when Negan killed him, it didn't have the effect on me that Glenn's death did.

I get the idea and I especially agree on Maggie being a let down afterwards but Negan killing a pregnant woman is the most unrealistic thing ever

I never liked Dale. I really felt he sermonized wrongly. I didn't find him to be the voice of anything but his own morality. So glad when he was gone. If he was in change he would have put everyone in danger repeatedly.

Dixon, I doubt wouldn’t ever be able to get on board with Shane. He will probably hit the road. Again with Merle. He found out what happened with Randall. First. So he wouldn’t be able to trust Shane. Who is he going to kill next? Once his leader ship is threatened. I like Shane leaving the group. And ending up one of the savior lieutenants. Best. I feel like Michonne ends up at Woodbury regardless. And Shane, Andrea, become savior lieutenants. I like your version, but this is more what I would like to see. The reason why Michonne wouldn’t really like. Shane. Is because of his manipulation tactics. They’re similar to what the governor would do. And you saw what happened with that. Maybe Michonne’s and Andrea. Do still travel together. But split up for some reason prior to the helicopter crash. And she ends up with Shane and the saviors. Then Michonne’s, fights, Andrea. At the final confrontation with the saviors. When Eugene, breaks their guns. And Michonne’s wins. And put Andrea in jail. With Shane, Negan, And they all have to earn their freedom. Same as. Negan. Pretty much everything with Dwight, ends up the same. Dixon decides to let him go. To honor Carl. RJ still happens. But still with Rick. Shane and Andrea. Disappear after they earn their freedom. Realizing they would be ostracized from the group.negan, still stays. Because of his relationship with Judith And Lydia. So everything following is still the same. Until the one to live. And that’s where. Shane, Andrea, Rick and Michonne. Rivalry would reach a climax. In the finale. General bill wouldn’t die. Even though I’m not against that. I just think it was too quick. Instead, he would be critically wounded and in a coma. And his son would take over. Beginning a generational rivalry. With RJ and Judith Grimes. Shane, Andrea, kids. Sorry if it’s kind of long. But more on the outskirts. Until after the war. Because he doesn’t like Shane because of the stuff that happened with Randall. Merle can get killed, by the reapers. Or one of his biker gang buddies. From before the apocalypse. That managed to catch up with him. Either is fine with me. Dixon would never be able to get on board with Shane. He didn’t even like him before the Randall thing. I can’t really see him being OK. With him murdering Rick. It just doesn’t fit for me.

Theory time. TWD wildfire virus started April 16, then became a full pandemic august 25th. El Camino, aka the last chronological piece of any breaking bad media, takes place September 7th, Walter whites birthday, as well as the two days following. We know that people in FTWD weren't taking the virus seriously other than a few select individuals. the world fell into complete anarchy September 10th, and was taken over completely by walkers a month later. I am just assuming here that Jesse was like the overwhelming majority of the population who thought the riots were just riots, and that the videos of walkers were just fake.

I have a rewrite in my notes app where T-Dog puts Carol in the closet and runs distracting the walkers Then days later (after they meet the prisoners and Tomas dies) Daryl and others go to look for them, they find Carol, who then leads them in the direction T Dog ran They find him in the gymnasium surrounded by dead walkers “what took you guys so long?” Similar to a scene with Tyreese from the comics Then we find out Oscar is actually T-Dogs brother who was locked up for some dumb shit, he roped T in as a getaway driver and ended up having to take the fall for everything Basically he abandoned T-Dog to take care of their family (elderly mom + maybe a sibling or two) similar to how Merle abandoned Daryl, give them kinda parallel storylines with older brothers but Oscar is much more well adjusted compared to Merle lol T-Dog and Daryl would basically be Ricks two most trusted allies, split Tyreese’s story between them Also I would reveal that T-Dog was once with the Vatos group in Season 1, he helped get some of the elderly including his mom to the group, then after his mom passed from stress of the fall he moves on and ends up meeting the Atlanta group Then Oscar would’ve died later/in a much different way, sacrificing himself, Merle sees that sacrifice as well preferably and it helps inspire his own sacrifice And the scene where Merle talks with Hershel, would’ve been cool if it was Merle and Oscar with Hershel, and Hershel tells a story about his eldest son Shawn I made these notes as ideas for a potential comic where the art is in the style of the show but it mixes the best parts of the show and comics and “fixes” things The handling of T-Dog, Oscar, Beth, Noah, and others, if fixed, would’ve made later seasons of the show much better imo

We needed his comedic presence in the show. TWD is dark but it actually does kind of well with characters like Abraham and Negan taking things a little less seriously. Our group could have had that strong yet funny character in Abraham helping out through all the other villains arcs. Negan just didn’t do it for me but his story was interesting.

Totally agree with analysis on the crm’s ending. Since Dead City now has 8 episodes for s2 I’m hoping the ones who live can get renewed and have the more runtime it deserves. There is still a potentially interesting story with the spies Beale briefly mentioned but variant walkers seem like the direction the universe is going to me. Hopefully that’s more interesting.
