Did 4 IKMF lifts in one session , for halvmaraton. 20kg bell. 30min lift, 6 min pause. jerk 720rep oalc 474rep hsnatch 610rep snatch 680rep total 2484 rep 100 burpees as a finisher. some pain in my left shoulder still, but cardio is great.

well i cannot do that. very strong. on the other hand, if i can do an exercise for 40 mins i switch to an exercise thats harder and shorter. doing this for 40mins seems incredibly boring to me 🙂
Sports specific training requires countless, repetitive repetitions, my man. No different than a boxer hitting pads for hours or Muai Tai fighters throwing countless kicks. Kettlebell sport is incredibly hard.
