Heyy I was wondering what type of perches are healthy and safe for birds are calcium perches or even rope perches good? But my real concern is about the calcium perche/ textured perches.

I had a Quaker for 25 years they're definitely unpredicble, but also so fun and cute. I told myself I wouldn't get another after mine passed away but I ended up getting another quaker primarily because I know their behaviors and their temperament . He just turned a year... wish me luck haha

Im really desperate for advice please!!! i have had my quaker parrot for 5 years ( he is 5 yo ) and no matter what ive tried, he just dislikes everyone but me. He always bites and attacks others. I know that he sees me as his mate and that its impossible to find him a parrot mate now, but is there no way for him to be atleast not so aggressive towards other people? Im always so worried to leave him with someone else if i go somewhere for a week or so, or people living with me are always on edge cuz he attacks them. :(

Parrots are just extremely boring pets. They are straight up not pets, they are not friendly, they are not social, they are scared of humans. They are as interesting as owning a piece of furniture.
