This is a great video ❤ I’m a student midwife with 3 young children and life doesn’t seem to ease off but I’m learning to pause or remove things in my life and it’s becoming a bit more manageable. Also find with being so busy I make time for the opposite, peace, outdoors, me time is just important to recharge 😊

Through this video, i realized i'm a people pleaser and perfectionist too. I always make sure to get done everything by myself, worry if my colleague will mess up and i'll go home disappoint with it. My mini declutter is 'just 5 things'. Can I find 5 things to throw away, donate or regift to someone? Often when I then go through that clothes drawer or book shelf or cupboard I find more than5 items. 5 things just seems do-able!

I imagine it was tough to be so vulnerable, especially in an online space, but you carried yourself so well. With that being said, don't feel pressured to share everything, but whatever you choose to share, the ones who truly support you will stand behind you. 🤍
