I lived on Walton road for a year. I always fished at the park under the jensen beach bridge or further down the road in Stuart under that bridge. I miss Florida fishing. I do have a couple videos from Florida on my channel as well.

I know I'm years late, but I'm so glad I've discovered your videos. Been living here all my life. Caught all kinds of fish where you are. I used to work at the publix at east port plaza. I was assistant manager and on my break for an hour (yes an hour I was usually there for 10-12 hours) I would go right where you were at and show my co worker what I would catch. Caught one of the biggest jack crevalle I've ever caught under that dock. Caught some nice snapper, Not bad snook, and my first red fish was caught there. Thank you for the nostalgia. Snook was a monster!

I think that these so called land owners that think they own the water should be fined heavily or arrested for harassment. If the own docks the person should be required to remove it from the water.

Keep a copy of the state's water laws with you most states your property lines stop at the water never out in the water in some areas it stops 2 to 3 feet before the water.

Step 1, step on tail remove barb with pliers. Step 2, cut tail off to help prevent a child getting whipped by one. I've foul hooked many a rays with tails already cut off.

Most lakes and rivers the bank of the river or lake is owned by either a river authority or core of engineers. Usually excludes property owners up to a certain distance from the shoreline. If they build a dock they lease that dock spot from the entity but not the water.

What does the State Game and Fish laws say. In a lot of states the land owner does not own a free flowing river, and in fact, they don’t own where the river would normally run at normal or high levels

Yeah.. you don't own any "navigable waterway" I was born and raised in Fort Pierce. Right off midway Rd. Used to wade the hell out of that area. Wish one of these dudes would have come out .
