  • What's up everyone, welcome to another video! In this video I woke up early to head up north to fish with my friend Mike who invited me on his boat to do some Trout fishing .We started the morning rounding up some Pigfish and Croakers for bait. Once the live well was full we headed out to some of mike's recent HOT spots to try and get on some big trout and Snook. I hadn't been finding big trout at the time and was looking forward to some Big Yellow mouths. It didn't take to long but unfortunately I didn't have the go pro on for the first fish but no worries we got on a few nice fish that day that we did get on video .Hope you enjoy and thanks for stopping by the channel today. Don't forget Big announcement coming soon! STAY TUNED

Seems like more and more people are free-lining their live baits for trout, snook and reds. When I was fishing the IRL, it was much more common to fish pigfish under a bobber. I think I missed the boat on some big fish because seeing the success of free-lining these days (like in your videos), it's pretty clear to me that free-lining is the way to go.

Hey Harry thanks for watching and the comment. I believe the term Gator Trout came about due to the 2 large teeth seatrout have in their uppermouth. Also its used for the trout on the upper slot zone maybe nearing the 30 inch mark. The ones on this trip are not exactly gators but it just a habit calling them that...lol.The next video definetly has true gators so be on the look out for video.
