You’re wrong about fat loss. You can lose fat whilst in a calorie surplus. You are confusing fat loss and weight loss. You can only lose weight when in a calorie deficit.
Sure, but if you have a bit. You wont transfer all of that into muscle.
For the sled should I use it with weights or not
My sprint "training" is: 2 sets of 40 yard sprints (100%) 2 sets of 40 yard sprints up a hill (100%) Some sets of 1 legged calf raises and still leg jumps 5 sets of 1 leg squats 2 sets of normal bodyweight squats to failure Then 5 sets of leg curls Then I do the whole thing twice each week On a scale of 1 - 10, how bad is that training

I’m 14, my 100m is 7.83, I have served in the military, police force and Royal Marines, I play 5 sports professionally, am the highest ranked penny farther, baseball and basketball player in my county, own 3 businesses and have sold 5, can bench 615 for reps, squat 825 and deadlift 985, speak 15 languages at higher proficiency than a native speaker, once saved 200 people and 15 dogs from a collapsing building by holding it up with my bare hands, stopped a bank robbery and convenience store robbery and persuaded the robber to turn himself in and stop his life of crime, took 157 tonnes of plastic out of the ocean, have two Nobel peace prizes, have funded global causes for world peace, eradication of world hunger, solutions to global warming, poverty eradication and natural disaster recovery. How can I improve my speed for the 100m?

Reaching makes your running weaker because it puts your legs away from your center of mass.
this has a sience evidence, its not just because pro athletes do this. Best sprinters do lot of stuff that is not technically correct, and they run just because they have a huge motor inside. All things that are being teached should be explained scientifically. Because when we ask Why? or for How long this arms should be looking like this what are we answering?
Its all about speed and stamina

Hello, I am naturally a fast runner and I don’t really do much sports. I want to find more ways to become even faster.
I have a question, do I try to force myself to lean out of the block?
20 reps, 1 leg. You hopping lol? I assume that means 10 reps each leg, so youre only taking 20 steps? And 5 sets of that? 20 steps seems quite low to me, but im new to just trying to figure. Also wouldnt a time be better to go by, i imagine at full speed its hard to count exact steps. It seems all the videos i watch, the hardest info to find is the actual workout itself.
I sprint 4 days a week, 1 warmup + 8 max effort sprints 12 seconds in duration

Aside from all the idiot comments. I can see the issue. His blocks are entirely too close to each other. Example: my left leg block number was 13 and my right was 21. If your blocka are too close together, its almost like atarting with noth feet which makes no sense.

I am not here to stifle freedom of speech, or however one would like to express such sentiments. But, for goodness sake, give her the respect she deserves. Make a separate video if you want...along the lines of "Track's Prettiest Women" or something. You probably would get a lot more views and would give you much more respect with your credible analysis.
And why are here to watch this video? To see one the greatest track athletes in history. Your great breakdown of why and/or how is very respectful. Please show some respect to Ms. Steiner without showing her as some sort of sex object. The photos of other athletes are in track attire, while you show her completely opposite fashion. Pictures of cleavage and "nights out on the town" have nothing to do with her incredible performances as one of the best athletes in the ENTIRE WORLD!
