It is actually outright confirmed that Nomi could have done that if he had the armor of catastrophe. I simply didn't read far enough ahead to know that when I made this video. Major spoilers to ~volume 15-16ish: It was revealed that the purpose of the ISS kits was to gather enough power in order to create the armor of catastrophe mark 2 after the initial armor was wiped from existence. Its a bit complicated. They created an artificially strong burst linker named Wolframe Cerberus using something called metal shell theory. They instilled in this avatar 2 AI personalities, 1 of which being an AI of Nomi. They then combined the Nomi AI with Cerberus's armor and the power obtained from the ISS kits in order to create the armor of catastrophe mark 2. This thing was able to 1 shot Scarlette Rain. Keep in mind the armor was still powering up so it was at maybe 10% of its strength and the power from the ISS kits was cut in half due to plot reasons so AI Nomi with maybe like 5% of his power 1 shot Scarlette Rain. He then stole Rain's enhanced armament Invincible (something Nomi could have and would have done in this scenario) making him WAAAY more powerful. The only reason Haru was able to take it down is because he teamed up with 1 of the most powerful entities in the game, the boss Metatron who is so overwhelmingly powerful she outclasses even the 4 gods of the Imperial Palace and has been consistently demonstrated to be able to kill king level players along with all of their subordinates in a single shot, including Green Grande with incarnation. Her attacks are so powerful that, AI Nomi aside, not a single entity thus far introduced can survive more than ~5 seconds in a head on fight against her. Metatron also nearly died in the fight and AI Nomi at this point was far from full power. It was one of the most epic fights of the entire series honestly. And the second it showed that an AI of Nomi was the one controlling the armor, it was really exciting cus it basically proved part of my theory!

Theoretically yes but I haven't done much play testing to see if adding it in could make the combo more or less consistent. It would require overhauling the deck significantly. If you use transaction rollback on trap tracks, it should allow you to copy the effect and thus set RotSD and fulfill its activation requirements. The problem is the setup for this would require overhauling the deck significantly and a major advantage of the combo as it is here is the fact that the combo by its nature dumps a ton of reptiles in GY so vennominaga gains a ton of atk. Now there is the fact that reptilianne hydra is a level 6 meaning 1 more level 6 and you can get Beatrice to mill rollback but getting another 6 would be very tricky and likely be less consistent than the current combo. This deck is maybe 1-2 cards away from being a 1 hit wonder broken mess. The main bottleneck is the reliance on Coatl as she is such an important card to have at the exact right time to be helpful. She is only strictly "needed" to summon hydra but in a pinch she can be used to facilitate the Bish combo, but that means potentially not having her after you summon bish. That's why the centurions and revolution synchron are so helpful since it let's you save coatl for when u need her. A bonfire/rota like card for reptiles would be a gamechanger. Other things that can be very helpful are a generic easy to summon ED card that can quick effect destroy your own monster (which surprisingly doesnt exist. Most relevant cards only can destroy your opponents monsters), a rota for spellcasters to search out primera easier, more generic level 4 or 8 reptiles, etc.

Btw in a more recent version of the deck I added in Sakitama and the phantom knights trap monster and several other cards making the deck way more consistent. sakitama is a free level 4 body that adds itself back to hand if tributes (which is relevant cus the ogdoadics tribute to summon themselves and the card can then be used as discard fodder), and the phantom knights trap is either a free body cus it is level 4 and can be activated the turn it is set, or can be an alternate target for trap tracks if you draw into RotSD since you can set RotSD and trap tracks, use trap tracks to search phantom knights trap but the cost of trap tracks is to destroy a monster meeting the conditions of your set RotSD so it helps mitigate the issues of drawing into it.

Yes. Specifically the cutscene models but you can mod more. I explained how the live2d models work with demonstrations and show how u can modify it.

@@rkraiem100 aye, tho I'm not particularly interested in changing cutscenes... Well, kinda. Honestly, either a mod for the original game that makes the gameplay bearable, or a mod for Rebirth 1 that makes its style and story the same as the original would be interesting to me... but I guess that hasn't been a priority of the fandom as of now, right? Only now I've started to get interested in this series, and the first game's story and general setting seemed pretty interesting to me... yet it's the Rebirth's gameplay that's a lot more fun. I'm surprised the fandom hasn't tried to get the best of both worlds in one.

@@rkraiem100 actually, hold on, changing the cutscenes in Rebirth 1 to have those of the OG game, would it be possible? And maybe change some writing in the middle too? Maybe that could give us something similar to what I mentioned.

@@Mike14264 theoretically yes but def wouldn't be easy. The modding tools first and foremost extract the game file contents to a folder. You can modify the files and then repack them. I focused on modifying 2d sprite maps but the dialog, 3d model, and sound systems are also extracted. Issue is I don't think the existing mod tools allow you to modify anything except the sprite maps. To my understanding the game is actually very simple to reverse engineer so developing your own tool to do whatever you want including changing text and models is very possible. The catch is I am def not able/willing to help with that on account of me permanently disassociating with the fandom after mods from the gamindustri subreddit doxxed a member of my discord and harassed her to the point of attempted suicide, then tried covering up the evidence and the overall fanbase couldn't care less.

Hard disagree. Enthusiasts like us may be able to do that but the average person looking up a video like this likely doesn't have the experience that they feel comfortable swapping coolers.

@@GHSTTHERENEGADE buy an NZXT G12 adapter for buttons, and a compatible Thermaltake, NZXT (or any other on the compatibility sheet) AIO, and install it instead of the original cooler. (including quality thermal paste, and keeping or loosing the front and back plates if needed/not needed). On my 2080ti evga BE I managed to keep both front and back plates. Gives the board better support and heat spread too.. Needed to trim the pump legs a bit though with a dremel to fit through the front plate.

@@GHSTTHERENEGADE also got a few stick-on heatsinks (10x12mm), and stuck them on the warmest places (rams and VRM) on the other side of the front plate. Just to make sure.. There's a small fan on the G12, so these will get a little airflow too..

Glad you enjoyed the video! I'm on vol 16 now and the theory held up shockingly well. Major spoiler alert We actually get a fight very similar to the scenario here. Haru, Scarlet Rain, and Metatron vs Armor of Catastrophe MK2. Armor of catastrophe mk2 is an ai replica of Nomi's personality combined with wolframe Cerberus and the stolen red king's invincible enhanced armament. Due to spoiler reasons, we know with high certainty that the acceleration research society originally intended Nomi to become this by giving Nomi the original armor after he became strong enough so its an incredibly good comparison. TLDR Haru only won because Metatron sacrificed 99.999999999% of her power nearly dying in the process, this armor lacked the battle experience the previous armor had, and this armor was not yet fully powered up as it only received 50% of the intended power boost and didn't yet have time to grow further in strength. Metatron btw if u didn't read the novel is an AI enemy who might as well be classified as a "god tier" enemy. The kings literally gave up on the possibility of beating it head on even working all together with their aides and the green king can only survive for mere seconds against its laser attacks. Armor of catastrophe mark 2 was equal in power to Metatron and mark 2 was far from full power. Without a doubt if Nomi won the fight the kings wouldn't stand a chance. Oh one more spoiler, my theory of white cosmos being kuroyukihime's sister was correct. Kuroyukihime was an a-hole tho, cosmos is a manipulative b- but technically she did nothing wrong (so far).

After making this video I did some research for a part 2 that discusses the debate from a power scaling perspective. No idea if I'm gonna make that video, this is what I found if your curious. Rekki def isn't just saying she's stronger cus its his opinion, from a canonical feat perspective she has been very consistently demonstrated to be somewhere between 10x and 100x stronger than Kirito in terms of reaction speed (which is the only true factor of skill in a VR environment as everything else is either immesurable [like battle experiece] or is completely dependent on hard stats). Based off OSS scaling, it is a literal impossibility for Kirito to be in the same ballpark as Yuuki. Short version, OSS's from the perspective of the system are no different from normal skills. You can therefore compare a character's reaction speed against normal skills to gauge their strength relative to "system speed". This is reinforced by character's attempts to actually create an OSS, for example if a character creates an OSS in 100 attempts they are likely stronger than a character that does it in 1000 attempts. Yuuki created her OSS within a few hours of starting ALO while Kirito created his over several months. Yuuki presumed didnt require more than a few attempts with evidence showing she may have done it on her first try, Kirito meanwhile is known to have put dozens if not hundreds of hours into it. This is further backed up by Yuuki vs Asuna where Yuuki parried Asuna's quadruple pain sword skill from a disadvantaged state and without the use of her own sword skill. It basically means peak Yuuki is strong enough to casually move faster and more accurately than the system's sword skill speed, while if Kirito were able to do the same he would have no problem creating his OSS on his first attempt. Lot more evidence. Kinda wanna make the video now again now that you reminded me of this video XD

I used a generic electronics screwdriver. U can find tons of them on amazon any of them will work. Not sure if the teardown is the same, if the heatsink is the same then prob yes
