First year path resident here, thank you so much for these. I've been looking for easy to digest histology videos to help familiarize myself under the scope and these have been so great. Please please make more for each organ system.

Wonderful teaching. Thank you
Please do more
Hello, I'm a Non-US IMG and considering applying for Pathology in the US. I've read it has become more competitive over there. Is it still IMG friendly?
Hey, did you find any answer for that? I am also considering pathology
Hi Dr.Cindy Wang. Excited and waiting for the 7k live...
3:00 It's ok that's the closest I get to become Batman lol :-)
Hi, My colonoscopy and endoscopy report mentioned a 3mm polyp found at Sigmoid and removed. However, the pathology report does NOT mention 3MM but says Polyp at Sigmoid polyp x1 "SCO 3 fragments of tissue measuring 0.1 to 0.3 cm EIT.". I don't understand how a 3MM could be fragmented into 3 pieces ranging 1 to 3 mm! I mean if one fragment is 1 mm and another 2mm and another 3mm, that'll be 6MM! I am scared to death as it makes me feel like What if my sample was switched with someone else's? what if I the pathology mistakenly diagnosed my polyp Hyperplastic while it was adenoma? That NUMBER changes has caused nightmare for me and I just DON'T want to have all these procedures done again now!!! Is this changes in size normal?
thanks you so much !!!!!!!!! your explanation is very clear and helps me a lot!
Hi Dr thank you so much for the information. I did my undergrad already and am interested in pathology. Do I have to take MBBS to become a pathologist or BMLS?
can pathologists perscribe?
I would like to see you in a full work day! Thank you so much! 🙏❤
I am a pathologist in india can i do pathology in usa what is the pro😅
Thanks please keep posting videos like this. I am specializing in surgical pathology, and I loved it
Perfect!
I love this GI teaching!!!
You convinced me lol
There are slash proof gloves you can wear under your latex gloves that will protect your hands. I wore them during my forensics rotation where you will do over 50 autopsies. I am also a practicing GI pathologist, in one of the largest academic hospitals in the country. For me the two biggest downsides are 1) you literally sit down for 8+ hours a day and 2) the workload has gone up exponentially with the introduction of many new biomarkers per case. For example, when I started 9 years ago, for gastric adenoca we just had to do HER2, now it is HER2 + MMR + PD-L1 and very soon Claudin 18. These additional tests (many get referred in from community hospitals as well) add hours of workload to an already busy day.
I’m planning to either go for pathology or ophthalmology.
Love your video. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge
Loved the breakdown of clinical duties.
Hi is pathology very tough to land for IMGs ?
My father has a sigmoid polyp and the polyp was removed during colonoscopy. And the polyp was sent for biopsy. The biopsy result is "Tubulo-villous adenoma with focal high grade dysplasia and cribriforming." is it means my father has cancer! If it is cancer than what is the chance of survival? Please answer Dr. I'm very nervous😢
Hi , i really love your videos and grateful for your hard work and i wish you good luck. I would like to ask you Is that possible to work after residency in pathology without subspecialisation ? And how much i can expect ? And what kind of position i can get ? After pathology residency without subspecialisation (without fellowship) ???
Better add 15 sec to the Eosin. Those are very faded slides.
Showing up every day ! Wish I would have run. Got me to Hawaii however. Aloha !
Looks villanous ?
I've worked with many pathologists in my day. Pressure can be hard when a lot of frozen's come @ the same time as a bunch of autopsies. Those are shitty days. Iv'e seen it get to people. Just never toss scalpel blades @ gross assistant. They have a shitty job with less money !
All pathologist in India speak English.
How much actual studying do you need to do during pathology residency in comparison to other residencies? How many hours if studying per day on average?
Hey Dr, am lab intern scientist currently rotating to pathology lab i found your video so useful to me such that i can understand what H&E is for …ur explanation was easy anyone can catch up the content..got new subscriber🌺
I’m not sure yet😢 but I’m tired of seeing patients on clinic days. 😅
very concise and informative
Thank you very much for sharing this information. It is very useful to have a greater perspective of what each area of pathology involves. Please, can you at some point interview a Neuropathology resident alone or combined AP/NP
Very cool
Question: 1. Is the research track mainly for the MD/PHDs? 2. Did you match into it or is there a separate application for the physician scientist training program? 3. Are you offered a subspecialty fellowship or do you apply for it after the training? 4. Are there pay discrepancies between an MD/PHD working in CP, MD working in CP and PHD working in CP?
I'm a junior path resident in Türkiye and these videos really helped me out a lot. I wanted to thank you for creating such practical videos. Wish you the best, kindest regards (:
Also, please don’t speak and move hands like a little kid, it makes you look kind of dumb and not reliable (see the first minute of the video)
Appreciate your pathology lectures Please don’t give skin advices. Yuh are not cosmetic person
Hey Cendy, I love pathology and I plan to do it, and I have a question for you, you talked once about your salary as an attending but may I ask how much do you pay as taxes per year? Thank you so much ❤
These videos are so useful. Thank you so much!
Lectures are great. Commercials are interrupting and really annoying preventing me truly enjoy the material
yay, just matched path in US, love this over breakfast!
These cons are absolute pros for me as a person and Doc❤
Hey.. I’m pathology resident from India . I have a question , is it mandatory to clear USMLE if I want to do any fellowship in USA?
I believe you will need to
