That piece of thick paper you mentioned is supposed to be attached the rest of the end cap gasket. It's kind of a shield to protect the electrical bits.

Some studies show you want the flexibility that is in polymer guide rods. However, because it's the manufacturers saying that and they benefit from saving a lot of money vs a metal one......I'm not 100% sure a polymer guide rod is better for reliability. (I'm aware some guys want metal for a little less recoil).

That problem was fixed with the an updated disconnector that solved out of battery.

Fantastic find! Did you share this with Sig? The sad thing about this flaw is that it seems nearly impossible that Sig would not have seen the issue in testing and, yet, the problem got to retail production. This issue has been the final delay in me ordering a P320 for carry. I'll order an X-Change kit for a spare slide to modify so I don't void the warranty. Maybe the way to do it is to order the FCU so I can get it warrantied even if I do modify my slide. Anyway, this is a very helpful video; thanks for figuring it out and posting it.

This is misinformation based upon a misunderstanding of how the P320 functions. Do not do this. When firing, the trigger will always be held to the rear and the disconnector will be "down." The disconnector thus won't catch in the sight plate hole because it's not under tension from the trigger bar spring in this position. The Legion sight plate holes are in a different position than the original X5, and the ramp was added to ease initial chambering from a full magazine when using the 12.5X recoil spring (which I do not recommend for different reasons). In the Legion, the ramp is sufficiently ahead of the disconnector cam cut to permit disconnect function when firing. All he has done to his older pistol is to make it possible for his pistol to drop the striker further out of full battery.

I'm blow away when Johnny glock chimes in and I see why, 95% of glock mods any old Joe smo can don't and not mess up, but this is one of those mods that can get you in trouble quickly, it affects multiple systems at once and one turn to much will get you barking, this mod is for the competition shooter NOT a carry gun unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing, it can be done lightly just don't take it to the razors edge

I have a heavy duty solids state lift mixer, just acquired it used as a first time owner and IMO stir seems to fricken go to town! I think ai’ll contact Kitchenaid first but my husband is pretty handy, so I’ll keep this video in mind 👍

Why did you not demo that "jam my shotgun" button? Doo what you did with the bolt forward and guess what happens? The rounds in the tube are released and you have a jammed gun that must be manually fixed! That is a stupid feature. You jam the shotgun as you are protecting your family because you bumped the release by accident as the bolt was forward. Most reviews ALL left out that feature. I just bought one after researching and no where did I read about the bolt release causing a major malfunction that could get you killed. Shame on you, OR, did you not know about it?

whats the point of the antifreeze? also if you dont have a water trap between the bucket of water and tank you still get all of the water in the tank. instead of it condensating in the tank it just condensates before entering the tank. the water needs somewhere to escape

I have that same barrel from WAL and he says the notch goes forward, not back. MIne cost me $120.00. The increased accuracy it gave my 92FS was amazing. I now shoot it at local matches and do very well with it.
