Just dropped in to salute a fallen demigod. When I managed a cafe I peaked at 18 cups of coffee per day, and it warped reality in my chest cavity, so I can't imagine what getting a full 2 gallons in less than half that time must have felt like

I've been regularly drinking coffee for breakfast for at least 10 years now, and there was a moment last year when I felt that I sleept pretty poorly, that I was going to try and skip coffee. I got a persistent but mild headache, so I didn't think too much about it. After a few days I started to feel pretty down, almost constant anxiety, depressed even. Nothing made sense, and I didn't see the point of anything, and I was tired. I just thought that this was a result of my poor sleep. After a bit more than a week I was in a bad mood and decided: "f*ck it, I'll just make some coffee for breakfast, and after 1-2 hours, ALL symtoms went away. That's when I realized: "yeah, maybe that was coffee withdrawl..."

I used to burn Plastic as a kid around 8 ..I would attempt a replicate a toxic waste dump as i was always obsessed with dumps, 😂. I would burn these chemicals and did my best not to inhale but luckily no cancer. Im 28. I'm not sure if the feds really were paying attention because I don't think they would have burned if they knew they'd get burned like this. That's just my opinion not fact.

The brain is a kind of processing unit that also needs high amounts of coolant...lol it's funny we use all our energy to try to keep machines cool while neglecting ourselves 😅

The idea is not to go off it completely. It's to lower it to zero, have half a coffee, next day quarter, next day a sip to keep the headache away. I did it like 5 years ago. Worked perfectly

I drink coffee after a workout because it helps me calm down and go into rest mode mentally. It has that effect with my letter combination.

Why are you taking any supplements at all??? Most people just dont push themselves enough to achieve results. Once people start breathing heavy or sweating they stop their workout and rest and drink. Right when they are getting into the zone, they give up, thinking the journey to that point was the workout, meanwhile its a warmup.

I definitely dont think this is the same for everyone. I drink at least one to two cups a day of coffee but when I go on vacation and dont have a coffee maker I can go for a week without really noticing any symptoms at all (besides being slower to wake up in the morning). I personally think if I had symptoms like these it would be best just to cut out caffeine entirely after weening off it.

Thank you for sharing this very important information. I know people who sell their recipe books full of the exact "paste" you are showing in the video. In these recipes, this paste is spread out on a sheet and dehydrated, so to become a wrap. Basically, the wrap consists of veggies, dates and psyllium. I tried it few times and SUFFERED the most terrible constipation and stomach ache. 🥹

Most headache pills contain caffeine precisely because, unbeknownst to majority of sufferers, most headaches are the result of caffeine withdrawal.

So after wasting minutes of my life watching this... what actually happened?

well i been taking one dose of benadryl which is 25mg everday for a year now but every 2 months i usually take a week break so i dont build my tolerence high enough and i haven't really had any issues with my memory so far i do this because i have bad insomnia and any other supplement won't work trust me i tried most, i also don't have health insurance so i can't just go to the doctor and ask for some medicine and refills for a good cheap price.

I was a daily three or four cups of coffee drinker. I dropped caffeine this year decaf isnt horrid. Four day headache later. But now when i used caffeine like once or twice a week its crazy how much harder it hits when your body isnt caffeine adjusted.

One spoon full of this in a 24oz glass with water before bed does wonders in the morning.

I stopped cold turkey a couple of weeks ago, going from probably ~300mg caffeine daily to zero. I had mild headaches for a few days and my throat felt weirdly dry, but that was it.

Why are you doing this, pick a name and stay with it. I have to say I preferred the Chubbyemu. Hopefully 🤞 you won’t continue with this double featured versioning. Why do you need to do this twice?

i had a "gut feeling" (lol) that i needed to come back to this video as i have started taking psyllium husk again recently. i took a number of psyllium pills i know i can handle but enough water? should i take another pill? now i have my answer, not today, no. i may take more psyllium in the future but be more careful about when i take it and with how much water. ive generally been consuming things very irregularly the past week

I LOVE STRONG COFFEE DRINKS, BUT MY BODY DOES NOT. Drink lots of water and green tea in the morning or a coco (good for brain) drink with fresh cream, no milk. Feel so much better.
